Australia Post - Kempsey Post Shop

I would give this post office more starts if i could!!
I absolutely love the outstanding friendly, helpful and informative service I receive and witness from all the crew at Kempsey post office, Michelle, Naomi, Scott and Trudy the others that I am yet to introduce myself to, I'll get to know you soon..
In my years of having to visit on a daily basis, I have always received and witnessed the staff here at Kempsey going above and beyond to ensure their customer's are greeted politely and their customer's concerns are addressed. I am always happy to visit the Kempsey Post Office!

This is the only post office that I go to because the staff are friendly and accomodating. Service with a smile. I never go to the other branch although its closer to home because the service is just below par.

Great service and friendly staff. They are always friendly and professional. For business customers, they offer advice on bulk buying which has saved me a lot of money.

I have always found staff to be excellent however, I witnessed a rude an unprofessional exchange between a female staffer and a customer that was extremely uncomfortable and unwarranted. The staff member was dismissive and had to have the last word, even calling out as the customer was leaving the premises. Very awkward and not good enough AusPost

I went in to pick up my daughter’s parcels with her Mail Cards sighed by her and was refused! The woman was very loud and rude to me in front of customers.!
