I like to commend Ruby at Sunbury Flight Centre for her great customer service. She went above and beyond to assist with our travel arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble. She followed up on price matching with an airfare which was showing on their website with what we were quoted. She also followed up with the cruise company with a query I had. Which turned out to be a great outcome. She was able to organise our travel insurance which took the pressure off us sorting out which took the stress out of us trying to organise it.
Ruby was an absolute gem.
Thank you for helping organise our trip overseas for 2024.

I had the most amazing experience with Gayle. There were some challengers associated with the flight I had booked, but nothing was too hard for Gayle. I felt as though everything was taken care of. Jessica was really great in helping me sort out flights to Australia for my partner. I am normally very good with travel and flights etc. But Jessica helped that ease of mind because she is a lot more up to date than i am with how rapidly things change. She was attentive and always on top of everything.
It's good to see that even during the pandemic, they haven't lost their sprit or commitment.

The team at Sunbury flight Center are amazing nothing is too big or too small for them to help with. Flight Centre Sunbury have a fantastic team of very knowledgeable travel consultants. My husband and I have booked our honeymoon to the US with the store manager, Hayley. She helped us find the most competitive prices for flights, accommodation and activities and made a very stressful process seem quick, easy and simple! When Hayley wasn't in-store the rest of the team were all quick to help us with any enquiries we had, nothing is too much for them! We're looking forward to our US adventure next month! we recently returned from our holiday in Darwin. We can highly recommend the service provided by Jess. Due to the Covid-19 lockdowns our flights, accommodation and car hire had to be continually changed/ cancelled. Jess demonstrated great flexibility and positivity to make our break possible

Excellent service. Hayley could do enough when we had to return from oversea and got us home safe and assisted with insurance claim. Nothing was too much.

A feel years ago we lost our luggage on a trip to Italy. The Sunbury Flight Centre team found out about our predicament and did everything they could to track it down even though we didn't book our holiday with them! Yes, you read that right! They've continued to impress us ever since.
