The Health Oasis

I really loved this place. The atmosphere here is awesome. And all teachers were amazing. Thank you Hermione for allowing me to enjoy your studio for a week while i was traveling.

Absolutely gem of a place! I have been going to the Den and yoga classes for the last 4 weeks and i just love it! Easy access, an inclusive beautiful space, and great instructors. Friendly, welcoming people, and classes suit all ages and abilities. A personal PT session has allowed me to adapt my participation in groups sessions for my needs - thanks Hermione, I couldn't be happier.

I have been attending the health oasis in different ways over the last 4 months, it has been an amazing way to restart my health and wellness journey. The community is welcoming and supportive, the space is inviting, and for yoga it’s calming and relaxing overlooking the mountain, while fitness is fast paced and high energy! I couldn’t have hoped to find a better group of people, in a better location for the most amazing experience! Big Thankyou to Hermione and her team! 😍

The Health Oasis really is an oasis! Hermione is incredibly knowledgeable and inspiring, and has created a wonderful supportive culture of fun and health! I never thought I’d look forward to going to a gym!! I also never thought I would love yoga! Now I can’t get enough of either! I cannot recommend The Health Oasis enough!

Awesome and inclusive yoga studio. We all feel so welcome! Gorgeous bright studio, with the best instructors. I drive from Hobart to KIngston to attend my yoga practice, that’s how good it is.

Varied yoga options with styles to suit what I need at different times (e.g. slow flow and yin). Beautiful community of various ages, sizes, and shapes. Brings blood flow and energy as recovery from desk work, stress, and fitness sessions. Best of all, the yoga makes me feel like I've given my body, mind, and spirit a nourishing embrace.

I have been here since day 1! I have known her my entire life and she was there for my ups and downs. Hermione is the best woman is Tasmania! Cathy Freeman is #1 in Australia and Mother Theresa is #1 in the world but Hermiones getting there!

There are so many things to love about the The Health Oasis – yoga, small group training, massage, reiki, nutrition, beauty therapy, coffee club… did I mention it’s situated just off the highway (so, super simple to get to) and with free on street parking. Basically, it’s a hidden wellness centre 5 minutes from the city… and you don’t have to pay to park your car. Yay! But what I love most about The Health Oasis is it’s lovely community of members–no two people are alike and yet we all love to have a good chat and share a laugh in this beautiful and relaxing space. Friendships formed through yoga, exercise and coffee. What’s not to love!

The Health Oasis is a wonderful place to indulge in all things health. I love the Yoga, the teachers are all different in their own lovely way!

A beautiful local studio that has such a great community feel! So happy to have found this place. Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga styles, plus Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga classes. The best day of the week is ‘coffee club’ Wednesday mornings at 9:30, with yoga followed by coffee/tea and snacks and catch-ups with everyone.

Lovely balance between yoga, fitness, nutrition-wellness advice and laughter!!!! Unusually positive and engaging community spirit and practice too!!
