It’s surprising to find this gem in Hobart. It has very authentic Chinese street food. The Chinese pork burger and braised beef are my favourite. And you can grab a beer and they have seats nearby.

Epic. Freaking awesome noodles interleaved with authentic flavours. Generous servings, amazing and humble service. An absolute gem. Glad to stumble across this great food truck.

We’ve ordered the two signature dry noodles and they are really good! Noodles are chewy and full of rich sauce. All staffs are really nice! Definitely will visit you guys again!
