Sydney Tools in Midland is a good tool shop with a better range than some of the other specialist tool shops. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and if they haven't got it in stock they will get it for you. Excellent service. Special mention to Joe (Giuseppe)

Very helpful staff. All tools are very high quality an therefore a tad expensive.
For me I want to buy tools once that will last so Sydney tools is my preferred store.

Midland store staff were friendly and helpful in identifying the right Dremel accessory to help me out of a pickle. Very good service all round.

I screwed up my online order and only realised after i got a confirmation email, fired off a quick email asking them to fix it and it was done the next working day.

Always had good service from these fellas. Some seriously high quality tools there. Nicely laid out

I desperately needed an Essential tool. I arrived less than 2 minutes before closing time. A staff member could see I was distressed but quickly unlocked the door and reopened the till. He sent a staff member to find the tool whilst making me feel at ease. Thank you, Alan, Tom and Liam! You saved the day!

Recently become a Milwaukee fanboy. Have visited this store multiple times. Extremely helpful staff, friendly and always willing to help. Well done. Seem to have a lot of things in stock. Recommended.

The best toolshop in Midland. Joe is good value.
Good attitudes on 90% of the staff. (can't get on with everyone right ?)
Easy to deal with and reasonably knowledgeable which is pretty hard considering the huge range.
Not every brand is available but bloody close.

Would give six stars if I could. A really friendly, professional and helpful team. My purchase was missing a vital part (not their fault, the manufacturer didn't include it) but the team here sorted it out quickly and without fuss. Big thanks to the team. Will happily go out of my way to shop there again.

Checking the range of toolbox's available in store and it's an amazing selection they have on the floor. Great place to get an awesome cross section of product and price.

Great services from the guys at Midland Sydney tools! Perfect balance of helpful, welcoming and simply letting me browse until I needed help! I don’t live close to the midland store but I’ll definitely be making the effort to drive up next time I need tools

Called ahead to check if there was an item in stock and spoke with Chris. He was amazing!! Went and checked, held it aside and he was passionate about what he is doing. An amazing experience and would absolutely recommend this store, with competitive pricing.
