Amazing service from Reece/Rhys tonight, he helped me buy a new iPhone and assisted me with getting some accessories to go with it.
He was wonderful at suggesting the best products and even put my screen protector on for me and was also able to provide me with some great deals.

Great staff helped me to locate a newly released phone the motorola g84 which blew my expectations out of the water. It wasn't on display yet or on the shelves but they had it in their distribution centre around the corner in the same complex. This was a great customer service experience and the store is well stocked with helpful staff. 👍

I find most JB Hi-Fi staff to be pretentious. (Even coming from a previous employee)

Staff actively walking around the store engaging with customers offering support. Great customer service.
Staff member took the effort and time to explain and demonstrate difference in TVs and brands.
One would expect this to be a normal practice in the retail industry, unfortunately not.
If I wanted a new TV, I would’ve purchased one. Great salesperson and communication skills.

Store is a little small for the amount of goods, but overall didn’t feel claustrophobic walking around.

As a repeat customer, I knew that the staff were pretty helpful. I went back for a warranty claim, and it was an absolutely no fuss genuine 'let's get this sorted for you then' experience. They offered me replacement or refund which was nice but I took the replacement as the product was great.

2 for 2 on the CUSTOMER SERVICE!

First instance: a week ago, I enter the store looking for an item they have 2 of on the website. The first guy assures me he'll find it. I hung around, occasionally browsing and looking in the usual storage areas.... when I turn around, about 6 people are looking for my item! They're tearing displays down, lifting up tables, moving items here and there. Finally finding what I was looking for hidden away. Top marks for customer service!!

2nd instance: went in today to swap an item. Counter staff was very helpful, friendly and an all-around engaging personality. Not sure where they are getting their staff, kind of want them to come and work with me.

We’ve always had exceptional service at this store. All the salesmen we have dealt with have been so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and we always walk out super happy! Today the manager went above and beyond to help us out and we truly appreciate it. It’s almost a rare thing to find great customer service these days.

I needed to buy a new laptop. I dealt with Chris whose technical and product knowledge ensured I got the right laptop. Coupled with his excellent customer service made the purchase a rewarding experience. Highly recommended
