Bunnings Midland

Shout out to the amazing woman at the door yesterday (I'm annoyed I didn't get her name) who let me use her phone when I shut my boot with my phone and keys inside and to Jamie who very kindly brought me a bottle of cold water to drink while I waited for the RAC. Great customer care. Really appreciated.

Just went to Bunnings midland and had the best service from Jethro. He spent a lot of time helping me out even though he was due to finish work . So helpful and professional. Definitely deserves a recognition.

Been to this store several times, team members are always helpful and happy. Special shout out to Sandy and Holman’s sales rep Suzannah(apology if misspelled), for offering above and beyond customer service in lawn and retic advices. Well done! 👍🏻

When the short distance travel is to include Midland, you may wish to consider shopping in the largest Bunnings of Perth in Midland. Today, it opened up my eyes. And I got my pocket burned through a few holes. Oooopp!

Bunnings really is the one stop shop for the handy man or even a tradesman or even if you’re just the Gardner this place has everything you need with the staff to tell you exactly how to use it.
The family loves going here to walk through the aisles and look at all the stuff that’s available for the task that maybe at hand doesn’t matter what it is Bunnings can help.
Located on great Eastern Highway in Midland it is very central to the district and is a very popular Bunnings from morning to evening.
Has an easy access for tradesmen with trucks cars and trailers whatever you may be driving and is well accommodated for all the materials that you maybe using on the current job we are building a house doing a decking or even landscaping.
One of the other things I like about Bunnings on the weekend they provide an area with all the barbecues 10 facilities for fundraising for your local club or charity and there is a waiting list for this so that is a popular event and you get your sausage sizzle all soft drink to help out whatever sporting club might be hosting it.
So if you like pottering around the garden or being a handyman Bunnings Is definitely the place to visit as you will be able to find everything you need under one roofs

Who doesn’t love Bunnings right. I feel like staff training could be improved in some departments - not sure it is that much of a fun place to work as a number of unhappy faces around the place but always rate bunnings well.

Anne Marie and the other administration lady were lovley helping me this morning with an order from the Armadale store since I was on hold over 20 minutes with Armadale… these two answered after one ring of the phone doing everything the could to help appreciated the help will probably continue orders through Midland store from now on thanks again

The customer service at this location was for me heads and shoulders above what I received at the bayswater location. Timely, followed up special order and even texted later to show that the staff actually cared about my problem, that was basically dumped on them by the bayswater location who just threw their arms in the air like they just don't care. I've had some mixed experiences at Bunnings over the years but today a kind employee name Graham assisted me to find a bolt that I desperately needed to put together a desk I've been restoring for ages. It's 38 degrees and I'd been at it all day and was literally going cry if I couldn't get what I needed to finish the job. Graham patiently assisted me and found the thing I needed to complete the project. I wish all your employees were like Graham. This 5 star review is personally for him. Thanks buddy. :)

Has everything you need for DIY projects. Always has new plants, great service staff and sausage sizzle on the weekends are the best.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Stopped what they were doing and spent several minutes trying to help me find what i was looking for. Fantastic customer service. This doesnt happen at all Bunnings stores.

Always a great place to go if you need anything

Went in there to buy paint for renovation and had no clue on what I need and how much quantity I need. The staff there was more then helpful to hear my story and make useful suggestion to base my purchase on. Most importantly they were knowledgeable but not pushy. I didnt buy much except for soap solution as it's the most essential part before putting the coat of paint. Thanks Bunnings.

Returned a product today. Had excellent service and advise from Ann-Marie and the team. Highly recommend
