Got myself a used Hyundai i30 at the Maddington Toyota dealership. Cameron had been really helpful and friendly along the way. He had been very patient in explaining what to look out for when checking a used car and the whole buying process. He also maintained good communication after the purchase to follow up on paperworks, pick up, insurance and minor fix up for the car. I am very happy with my car and the overall experience of getting my first car. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends and family

I recently bought a second hand Range Rover through Maddington Toyota. Mark Marlow was the salesman I dealt with. He was very helpful, polite and accommodating. I asked if I could take the car for a few days to get thoroughly checked out by my mechanic and Barbagallo, which he had no issue with. When it came to negotiating a price, Maddington Toyota showed willingness to negotiate (to a certain extent). I felt the price we settled on was fair and reasonable. Just picked up my kluger from maddington toyota, my last 2 cars have been from this dealership and they have been great to work with. I enquired about trading in my car with their top new car salesman, Andy Granger. I found him to be very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is not a pressure salesman and felt very comfortable speaking with him. This is how all salesman should be! Highly recommend this guy, 5 stars all round.

Justin and his team were very helpful in the procurement of a second hand used car (practically new). Alex the finance manager was absolutely fantastic ran through everything I needed (although I prepared the paperwork pre finance) replied when I asked a question via email almost instantly.

What sets Andy apart from the salesperson’s I’ve dealt with at other dealerships in the past , is his genuine interest in the person, not simply the deal !! . I must emphasise his friendly nature and people skills , which simply, are quite superb !! Bought my car over email and phone as I live 500km from the dealership. Amazing communication throughout the whole process. Once ready to pick-up, it was a very fast and easy process. Done in 20mins. I will definitely be going through these guys again for my next car. Car is also in the exact condition as advertised which is a peace of mind as i couldn't view it in person. While I was at this dealership I was waiting in the customer lounge and used car salesman Justin was nice enough to make me a coffee while I waited for Paul to finish with another one of his customers. If you need to buy a Toyota Mark is your man!! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a car and his service experience in the car industry showed (I was at a another Toyota dealership the week before and the service I got was trash).
