Officeworks Midland

I've always had a good experience at this Officeworks store (I'm a little surprised by some of the reviews). I've found the staff to be polite and helpful. The print and copy centre could do with some more staff (there's usually one exhausted staff member dealing with multiple jobs), but they do a great job keeping their cool and dealing with customers. I've always been happy with print jobs.

Went in for some Australian and US passport photos. Excellent service, took great care getting everything correct. I think the people were Bella and her boss (I have forgotten his name, Amjit possibly sorry if wrong).

I ordered online a binded document of 200 pages. My order said a few days, these guys had it done in a few hours.
Very satisfied customer. 👍

I visited Officeworks midland on a saturday, store was quite busy and the staff were kind enough to acknowledge me as i waited patiently. The tech staff were happy, friendly and answered all my questions.

Amazing experience! Went in to print a booklet but the file was damaged. We eventually recovered it and discovered the format was wrong but Bethany sat with me for 2 hours to change things, making sure it looked perfect for my assessment. She never made me feel like I was a problem and offered to stay after 5 to help and told me when she was coming in the next day if we needed to continue then. And in between everything she was helping other customers. Can’t recommend her enough.

Needed to print on a bunch of card paper but the email kept changing the dimensions so it was printing weird. Emily assisted me and quickly found a solution and printed them perfectly, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Just in time to make the train! Wish she served me every time I went haha!

I had to print so many different things today from stickers to posters for my wedding after a very stressful week. Hayley was so patient and helped me make sure everything lined up right and made sure I left happy she was so lovely!

Officeworks has a great range of office needs from elastic bands, computers, office furniture.

Surprised by how low the rating in this store is. This has been my main officeworks for about a year, I've never had any issues. The staff have always been really helpful, prices are reasonable, never had any issues or complaints.

I love this store, Lily, who helped me did such a lovely job giving me a hand with finding items that I needed urgently. She was very polite and efficient as well. 👍🏼

Staff generally always seem friendly and helpful. Today got four things laminated and although reasonably busy for that time of the evening, the Aussie chick at the counter was friendly and helpful and the job was done inside 15 minutes. That included trimming all the edges and the price was even less than the quoted prices. Very impressive. Thanks.

The service was great from the team, very helpful while my 3 sons ran around, happy as can be looking at all the new pencils and school equipment. There was something for everyone in the store and we only needed to go to the one shop to get everything which was great.

Officeworks Midland has the friendliest staff, who promptly ask if you need anything. They try to clear the line at the registers as fast as they can. They have been having some problems with their phone lines however it is completely understandable if they are helping people in store to the degree that I have seen and not being able to pick up. 10/10 recommend.

I always prefer to go to Officeworks Midland. From experience from other stores they have the most pleasant helpful staff. The team there always makes you feel welcome and never make you feel uncomfortable even when you ask a silly question.

I'm also amazed that people today are so intolerant and judgemental, I hope that wherever it is that they work that they live up to their own standards.

I went in the other day to buy a printer and was served by this really helpful team member named Tom. He was friendly and had great product knowledge across their range of printers, as he was able to supply the right one for my needs at an excellent price. I just like to say thank you to Tom for youre quality customer service and wish you happy returns while working at Officeworks Midland.

talked away and made me feel comfortable.
