I found the store to be easily accessed and very neat with plenty of stock on hand, i also found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

Midland Spotlight: shout out to a beautiful young lady, Nikayla, who took her attention off what she was doing (which is rare) to ask ‘if I needed help’ and I was really needing help with fusible seam repair as no black stock was left on the shelves. Nikayla explained how I could buy a piece of Heat n Bond and matching material in a 20cm piece, then she said ‘oh looks like the girl on the counter is busy I’ll come over with you’. She served me with no fuss then my daughter (15) and I were looking at sewing Patterns so she helped us again. We didn’t realise it was close to closing until two older shop ladies, scuttling past with their trolley, loudly made a remark to her about closing time and we got their hint loud and clear. Nikayla was at all times respectful, informative and helpful, never giving us the feeling of being clueless or holding her up. Well done beautiful young lady, we need more people like you in this world…: I do hope @Spotlight Midland appreciate you as much as we do. 👍🏼❤🏆

Great shop, very big and large variety and stock, staff were lovely too and helped me out with some vinal.

It's a well laid out store with everything you need in the way of materials, bedding, curtains, crafty stuff and lots more. A typical spotlight in fact. Helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Spotlight is like a Bunnings with fabrics and craft 😜🤔 Midland store has a full range of all the latest trends but also many competitive prices on home improvement ideas. I really liked the layout, brightness and staff knowledge in this store.

It's large, very well organised, and they have just about everything you'd expect. The staff was very helpful as well. Will be going back.

I go to spotlight every now and again. This time I went for a zipper for my jacket, a nice lady helped me pick the correct one boy does my jacket now zip up and down again. No more cold days at work for me. 10/10 would recommend

Went there to buy some material, to make a cover for my bass amp. To protect it from damage from using it every weekend.

The best ever customer service from any of the other spotlight stores. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the staff members Tia - she works in the fabric/curtain section. She is so helpful and patient and I cannot fault her customer service skills. Spotlight Midland - Staff like Tia are very hard to come by and need to be appreciated.

This is a fantastic store. Spotlight can never be big enough. They have so much stock it’s bulging at the seams (not sure if anyone gets the pun there … seams .. habadasheree).
Towels, bed sheets. Nick nacks. You can’t go wrong.
To be fair. It’s like a Bunnings for ladies.
