This Toyworld at Midland, Perth is THE toys and games store to go to. I live in Queensland and my daughter and her two children live north of Midland.
I wanted to surprise my grand children, 8 and 6, with toys and activities so I called the store rather than do a very large order online due to various circumstances.
The customer service I received was astounding as they walked and I talked, taking their advice alone the way.
Thank you so much to the staff, in particular Chris who had such broad knowledge of appropriate toys, cost and alternatives on out of stock items.
And Tina, your help with the whole experience was first rate and very much appreciated.

Clean and well organised! Lego selection was so well organised that I found the set I was looking for instantly!

5 star experience. This shop caters for a wide range of tastes, ages, and price points. I like the plastic model kit section, a relatively small number of boxes but the selection is well curated.
They stock play mobile for those looking for an alternative to lego/duplo.
Best part they only mark down select items that are no longer stocked by the supplier. That means princes are generally stable. I dislike the yo-yo retail price tactics that others subscribe to. State the price and stick to it, unless clearing out remnants.
Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Called the Midland store today looking for 3 of the same items, young lady who answered my call was extremely helpful to the point of sourcing 3 for me and I can collect from my closest store next week. Thats excellent customer service well done :)

Great toyshop had a lot of cool stuff need more of them around I grew up with the one in Balcatta parents used to take us there on a Saturday morning when the shop's shut at 12:00

Plenty of parking and good customer service. Lots of toys to choose from my kids went crazy when I brought them here. They will order stock strait away if not in store. I will return again.

This is by far the best toy store in town, great selection for all ages and for all budgets, went there to buy my goddaughter her bday present and myself and the missus walked out with something for ourselves, always a kid at heart. Brett

Great source for hard to find LEGO backed by friendly and knowledgeable staff! The store is large; clean and well laid out. There's plenty of parking and close to other well-known stores.

After spending alot of time trying to source certain limited or generally hard-to-find LEGO Technic or Mindstorms sets, I have always found TOYWORLD particularly TOYWORLD MIDLAND to be the one-stop place for all things LEGO-related.

The staff knew their stuff about the LEGO sets and were able to help me with my stock enquiry by name even before I had mentioned the LEGO model number.

I've bought 4 large LEGO Technic and Mindstorms sets over the space of a fortnight and might just end up visiting again soon!
