I had an overall good experience when purchasing a new washing machine. The sales person was pleasant to deal with and I got a big discount as they had a display model that I could purchase. Premium delivery is fantastic as it includes installation and removal of old appliances. I’ll definitely go back to buy a new dishwasher soon.

What an amazing experience! I walk in and instantly I feel welcomed, people are running around trying to help me. By far the best team member has to be Jacob, he helps me every time, infact I won't buy anything if it's not Jacob on the floor. Always so helpful, you can just tell he truly loves his job by his determination to the role. Take my advice and ask for Jacob. Best price guarantee.

I have been a customer for some years, and today for the first time had an appliance fail with 7 days left on warranty. Good Guys were awesome and arranged an immediate replacement with no fuss.
Good customer service is expected when purchasing, but it is telling when it is as good when dealing with a problem. Good work Good Guys 👍

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here today! My wife and I had quite a lot to get, and Donna helped us with everything! What we were expecting to take a couple of hours was sorted out in 15 minutes, and for a better price than we were expecting. Massive thanks to Donna and the team at Midland!

Travis in appliances spent the time to look up all the models of oven that my mum was trying to decide between, knowledgeable about products, all with a smile. Fantastic customer service

It's a big store that seems to have the lot, including helpful staff. Asking for the best price always seems to get a discount even on low cost items. The concierge program is great, getting $20 off anything is good. You always seem to need some electrical item from scales to memory sticks, even a Webber pizza stone. Parking is tight unfortunately.

James!!! Has to be the best Hifi sales man I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet!! Extremely honest upfront friendly we were so impressed that we brought a C2 model LGOLED and I Samsung freestyle projector. And we’re coming back to spend a hell of a lot more!! The manager of the store should be very impressed and pleased I don’t normally give a good review at James went above and beyond the call of duty and he has won my respect and my wallet!! Good job!!!

We regularly buy domestic appliances here. Never found them to be more expensive than the other local retailers. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Don't be afraid to ask for a better deal! e.g. free delivery on expensive, awkward items (if you can take it yourself, why would you have it delivered? )

Always order great items from Good Guys midland, the delivery gentlemen are also very helpful and careful when helping to provide a service. Any Good Guys i enter the staff are super helpful, welcoming and deliver good service, truly lives up to the name.

Good Guys here has quite good and reasonable prices. I went today to buy few things and received exceptional service and deal from Luigi who went above and beyond to help me w choose the product and got them delivered to me within reasonable timeframe.

Got good service today at midland by a chap called James...we came in for a bread maker and walked with a vax wet n dry, dyson stick and a spot cleaner as well with 4 bittles of shampoo was very helpful and gave good pricing. Haven't opened anything yet but looking forward and a clean house and fresh bread lol

Very professional outfit here at the midland branch. I got all my queries answered then advised on a better way of achieving my request.
Transaction started over the phone then completed online with a very simple and user friendly process.

I had a great experience at the good guys midland they all seem really friendly and professional. They offered me some great advice with purchasing my vacuum cleaner and was extremely happy with the price.

I needed a new freezer urgently and decided to look at french door fridge / freezer options rather than replace the freezer. Was met by Donna at 9am who was very helpful and very quickly I had purchased the unit + 5 years concierge gold service. Same day delivery was not possible with normal instore delivery, so 'uber truck' was quickly arranged. My order was delivered at 11.30am ! All done and dusted from looking at options to delivery in 2.5 hours ... very impressed, thank you Donna, much appreciated.
