These guys do a amazing job.
Car went in rather filthy after a week of 4x4'n. Was 100% clean as clean.
Windows, carpet EVERYTHING was spotless. DEFINITELY recommend Easy St Hand Car Washing.

Got a car detailed today. Very happy with the quality and the price.

Not good, overcharged for the detailing, quoted $110 but was charged a lot more!
I'd already removed rubbish and all personal items, it's a new car so it should not have cost so much. Told 1 hour and it was just shy of 3 hours. No attention to detail

Actual work was good but it took nearly three hours from the time it was dropped off until the time it was available to be picked up - and this for a 1 hour job that was booked. Need to lift your game guys.

Got a text to say it was ready and 30 minutes later when I arrived they were still working on it. Was in a hurry so didn't look over it until later on in the afternoon. I noticed the windows were not cleaned, so I checked the rest of the car and there was still dirt all over the roof and bugs still stuck to the grill. Inside had dust everywhere but they had vacuumed it.

When I've used services like this in the past I've been amazed the car looked like new again. Not this time.

A drive through car wash would have done a better job for a quarter of the price. What I got back was not worth $79. I won't be using this company again.

Worst customer experience with nearly any service I’ve ever had. Booked in for Delacombe store and the man working told me off for “not booking correctly” as his computer said I’d booked in at Wendouree. I showed him my booking for Delacombe, and he never apologised for speaking rudely to me or for the computer error. He told me to come back in an hour - and it still wasn’t finished. By the time is was completed, there was still dust and other build up still in the side doors (I’d removed all rubbish prior), the doors had not been cleaned, there were scuff marks and interior still dirty. He had only vacuumed inside. I ended up paying and leaving because I was so appalled by his poor customer service and rudeness, I just wanted to get out of there. I usually clean my car myself but needed a little pick me up and thought it would be nice to treat myself to a service - turns out it made me feel much worse. Never going back.

I had an appointment to have my car washed and vacuumed. I arrived on time and after choosing a service, I was told it would take one hour. I returned an hour later, to find that the woman working there had not long started on my car. When I asked her how much longer it would be, she rolled her eyes at me and said another half an hour. What's the purpose of an appointment system if it isn't honoured? I came back again half an hour later and it still wasn't finished. All up, it took two and a half hours and to make matters worse, there are still bits of stuck-on dirt on my car, which I'll have to clean myself - the last thing I feel like doing after paying $99. Terrible service, would not recommend. Rude staff and a poor job.

owner has absolute no care factor for even his employee's. Withholds pay & tells them to "F off" when asked where there pay is.

Also, when tried to note to public about owners mantality towards staff, he had my comment removed. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMEMD AT ALL!
