This cafe’s location in a dog-friendly neighborhood is a highlight. This site of playful dogs outside adds to the charm. Their coffee is exceptional, and if you like pickled onions, you should try the baobuns. The café is cozy, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the meal.

Friendly staff, a gathering spot for all ages. Food was lovely!! There was outside seating where dogs can go, plenty of room inside and out.

Consistently excellent coffee. Attentive, cheerful service, and friendly atmosphere make the Tin Roof worth visiting. A very tasty Ruben with crisp, perfectly seasoned chips won me. Overall, it was a great experience and reasonably priced.

It's definitely my best breakfast in Ballarat, sharing one big breakfast, love scrambled eggs, amazing coffee, highly recommended.

This cafe is a little gem. We love trying new places for brunch dates. It has a relaxed atmosphere. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The coffees are on point, and the meals are delicious and well presented! The wonton bowl is absolutely mouthwatering! We will definitely make this place one of our regular hangouts for brunch in Ballarat!

Amazing brunch, great menu, great foods, especially coffee. Dog friendly, my pups enjoyed a lot. Staffs are very nice. Overall will come back again.

My family and I visited here as our breakfast before Sovereign Hill, we were pleased with the food, which came quickly and was delicious. I got scrambled eggs on toast with a hash brown and loved it! They were super generous with the eggs too, and I had plenty with my toast. It was delicious.

Best Avo, Fresh Toast, and Big Breakky in all of Country Victoria! Amazing spices and flavour combinations. WOW! Very friendly , welcoming, and efficient staff. Modern diner atmosphere.

We are from Melbourne, but Tin roof Ballarat has always been our brunch destination every time we come down. Nice staff, *chef’s kissing* good coffees and food. I have recommended to everyone in my cycling group to visit and I’m here sharing it to public too.

I used to play Double Dragon here when this was a fish and chip shop. They don’t have Double Dragon anymore, but they stay open pretty late and have decent Code Black coffee. Plus they’re nice.

The spanish eggs are to die for!! And very filling Coffee is always consistent and lovely. :)

It's a lovely little place, and the food is even better. We had the dumplings to share and both pork and chicken bao buns. Yum yum yum.

Excellent coffee. We also loved the Eggs Royale (smoked salmon, poached eggs hollandaise - we added the spinach - on toast). Plenty of nice outdoor seating on pavement

Read a recommendation on Reddit about these guys and it did not disappoint!!! A classy ham and cheese toastie on thick and fluffy bread, crispy generous slices of pork belly in bao buns and Korean chicken and umami fries is what we thoroughly enjoyed. Excellent food, good serving size and very friendly service. Would return for the Korean chicken in a heart beat!
