Lucky I didn't read the bad reviews before coming in. My experience was extremely good. The young boys were polite, helpful and know how to run the place. Coffee was nice and so was the fish and chips. One of the kids was thoughtful to offer me a bag to take my food away as my hands were full. Recommend the service, food and place!

Every time we visit we are treated like royalty. Since the new owners have taken over it has improved out of site
Michelle and her staff go above and beyond and the food is second to none
Highly recommended

Best service I’ve ever experienced. Not only was my muffin heated to perfection. The staff member sliced it in half for my friend and I to share! Further, I got a marshmallow in my damn cappuccino!!! You don’t get that in the big smoke

Not sure why there aren't more reviews cause the joint's great! Quality coffee and they've rebranded it all inside and it looks great! A must stop if you're spending the day on the beach ⛱

Yummy juice and great coffee. Didn’t get a chance to eat but menu looked alright. They also stock things like bread and newspapers as well as other little bits and pieces.

CBD+ prices for coffee. Very average and overpriced food. Make sure you have plenty of time to wait… SLOW!!!!

I ordered a toasted banana bread and had to wait 30mins, after that amount of time you would think the banana bread would be cooked but no. So I asked if they could cook if for longer. The server then took the bread out the back and I could hear soft moaning and after about a minute he came back with a soggy sticky sandwich, photo evidence down below:

Ordered a hot chocolate for a child as an after thought to my coffee order. My coffee was fantastic, however the hot chocolate was never announced (the barista claimed it had been called several times) after I inquired into the order number being prepared currently and asking about my number (14 orders previous the the current) he retrieved the hot chocolate from behind the counter and offered nothing but in the way of apology. My mistake I guess, I should have stood by the counter for the 20mins it took to make my coffee in the first place and wait for the hot chocolate order to be called. This is a classic example of why you shouldn’t be paying for a service or goods before receiving them.

Friendly staff however food took an hour to make, and not just for me… for all people i watched waiting with me. I ordered two fries, 4 potato cakes and burger. People received little bits of their order and were confused where the rest of it was with no apology for the wait and no effort to reassure customers clearly frustrated. If you are going to buy from here i recommend buying the pre-made stuff from the display fridge.

$7.50 for a muffin that was dry and tasted like baking powder. Would not give water out to a kid because “it’s a health risk”. Coffee was great but restaurant prices for beachside (less than average food). We were warned but thought how bad could it be.

I paid a ridiculous $12 for a ham and cheese toasted sandwich that took 40 minutes to make and when I got it the cheese was not melted and bread was barely toasted, my newborn baby could make a better toastie

Very slow and poor customer service, if you can call it that. Many waited almost one hour for food. Even refused to give waiting customers a refund despite food not being made after 45 mins.Staff obviously doing their best. Don't bother with this place and bring your own food with you.
