Sturt St location gives excellent service and are nice people to deal with. As do the other branches of course. Stuart Greedy is a fabulous vet...can highly recommend him..great patient manner and explains things very well. Jorge is good too.

I called to see if I could make an urgent appointment, re. My seven week old puppy, feeling quite unwell. Simone tried her best to accommodate us, and she called me back and gave us an appointment. Very grateful for your help and understanding. I would highly recommend this surgery. This will be our local vet's.

Very friendly staff and service. Even though I walked in and didn't see a dog in the corner it barked I nearly jumped through the roof hahahaha

Great veterinarians and also a nice, peaceful, and calm waiting area for pets and their humans.

We have a Staffordshire Terrier with idiopathic seizures, and they have been great with him (and us) and their advice on what to do about his conditions.

They are networked with other vet practices to create rotational 24 hour emergency care for your pets so I highly recommend that you get their afterhours hours number and keep it on, just in-case something happens to your furry one outside business hours.

As always the vet and staff offer a kind and caring approach to a diagnosis and offer solutions both immediate and future which puts my mind at ease.
Two visits in one week for our sweet old Watson and both times left feeling that my animals are in great hands. 15/10 would recommend.

Wonderful Vet practice! The staff are super helpful and the Vet Ruth is truly one of a kind. Thanks for always looking after our boy and removing the grass seed in his ear.

Rescue volunteer for Wildlife Victoria. Had an emergency for a bird with a broken wing. I was treated with the utmost respect and I appreciate all the vets that treat our natives out of their love for animals. This was after hours and I still received the kindest welcome.

The dignity and support the beautiful vet show me when my old Labradors life had come to the end was beyond words. The love they have for the animals is beyond anything I have ever seen and the support all the staff offered was so loving and caring. Thankyou to everybody that was involved ❤❤🐕🐕

Extremely nice people. The vets are very knowledgeable, caring and happy to give great advice. The nurses are amazing also for all the same reasons and everyone has so much compassion on the love you have for your babies.

The best Vet practice in Ballarat!

Everyone here is professional, friendly, supportive, caring and thoughtful. They care about how these tiny creatures actually feel. I’m saying this because our kitten has got a terrible illness and we have seen almost every nurse and vet in the practice. They are all wonderful!

We could never make it through in this terrible battle without BVP’s consistent support. And none of us expected that our precious baby kitten is still with us.

After coming home to discover my loved gsp with what looked like a limb threatening cut wound, I rushed the 50km odd into sturt st to have him examined and treated by the vet on staff, but was treated by one of the best ladies in veterinary nursing, there are no words to describe the compassion, patience and understanding of this lady, she is not only a credit to the practice, but more so herself, in a time of stress and helplessness steph made an effort to go well above and beyond, I can't thank you enough

Took this little guy for his second set of vaccinations. Very thorough and caring vet Emily looked after him. Great place to take your pet!
