Thank-you SO much to Seth and the technicians at Leading Edge Computers. Over and above service- not only did they upgrade me to a brilliant refurbished Mac, (that is working so much faster than my old broken HP) but they transferred all my data and files from a HP computer (including my entire hard drive) over to readable and workable files. They even matched the exact desktop from my old computer, a lovely touch that meant that I didn't have to set up anything and was ready to work. Thank-you again- its been a real game changer and `I should have popped in to see you years ago!

Great, prompt, friendly service and fair price. Came in at 11am for an additional internal SSD install for a notebook. Wasn't sure if it had space for extra storage so a consult was needed. By 4.45pm the entire process was finished. Recommend

Honest, professional, and very prompt service (took less than a day for my laptop to get fixed). My laptop LCD screen is having lines in the screen every time I turn it on, so I thought the LCD screen was damaged, but they told me that there is no need to have the LCD screen replaced (which is more costly to get a new part), instead they fixed my laptop with the loose screws, which makes them trustworthy. I will definitely come back again for their service for phone and laptop repairs. Highly recommended.

My 11 year old Macbook Air recently failed to start up and Seth at Leading Edge was super helpful in guiding me toward the most economical solution to resolve the situation. I'm beyond happy with the refurbished Macbook Air they built me, that came configured exactly like my previous machine, with all data in tack, at a very reasonable cost. They will be my go to experts for future tech needs.

Service did not live up to my expectations. After spending many hundreds of dollars I was pretty much brushed off when they couldnt solve an IT issue. A friend (not in IT) fixed it next day.

After a bad start last year, Im very happy to say that Leading Edge redeemed themselves with outstanding service and a very prompt FIX after I had been without my emails for 36 hours. thank you for sort this problem so efficiently and so courteously. I am most appreciative.

Without a doubt the best service I have ever received! I was in a complete panic having my mac crash just after Christmas! I called Leading Edge Computers and even though they weren't open the amazing guy was able to guide me through fixing my mac! An absolute gem wouldn't go anywhere else! If you have hesitations don't! Unreal to deal with. Big day on the laptop this morning. Drive packed in. I rang at, dropped it down at 915, picked it up at 11 with a new solid state, fresh windows and office and i was back in the game. Blew me away. Cant recommend Jake and the team down there enough.

Blake and the team at Leading Edge Computers Ballarat have been extremely helpful with a damaged computer. They are honest, trustworthy and very reliable. They are now my go to people regarding computers.

This is to let you know that Luke came out to our house earlier today and sorted our computer problems out for us.
My wife, Sarah, was full of compliments for Luke: he was clever, courteous, explained what and why he wad doing, checked that he wasn't intruding in the house, offered suggestions, and so on.
Best of all he got to the bottom of our slow download rate and got our wireless network properly working. We couldn't be happier.
