L.C. Dyson Group - Bus Charters Shepparton

Today I had to go into Shepparton for a doctors appointment and as he isn't on a bus route I have to take a taxi. When I came out it being a lovely day thought I would stroll into town. Being 89 I got tired so thought would get the bus back to Harmony Village aged care home but not going out much didn't know the bus didn't go down Zurich's Lane any more so I ended up having to go back to town then out to Archer St and back into town. Now I didn't mind all this as I should have checked about the bus stop but the driver went one better, now I don't know his name but he was Australian I think and was driving the number 1119 bus. He had spoken to his supervisor and was allowed to go down Zurcas Lane and he dropped me off outside Harmony Village aged care home. The time would have been between 2 and 4 pm. I just wanted to say a very big thank you. Barb

Shout out the bloke in the office absolute bloody legend. Left my keys on a v/line bus in shepp tryna catch the train to Melbs. Called up and they were promptly located. Express posted back to me and received next day at no cost!!. Couldn’t be happier.

I had the pleasure of travelling with an excellent lady driver who did bus replacement for V-Line Melton service recently. I do not know her name, but her skills in driving, and her customer service skills were exemplary
I do not know this lady's name, but I know that she was to P/up a TV crew from Port Melbourne to Shepperton. This lady is an excellent ambassador for your services.

We went to White night Shepparton via the shuttle service picked up from the marketplace my partner was using crutches the staff made every effort to make sure entry and exit of the bus with safe the staff were fantastic making sure everyone was able to get on the buses they had staff at each stop to make sure the passengers was safe brilliant service well done

Reception staff amazing. This lady was so friendly and helpful. Bus pass done for my son for school.
