Today (Friday 10th Nov) my parents visited your store & a young guy named Chris, in the Tech area helped them. My Mum's mobile had shut down due to a virus. My parents could not speak more highly of Chris. They are on holiday & didn't know what to do about my Mum's mobile but Chris saved them. They are very appreciative. Great job Chris. You saved my Mum a massive headache. :)

Acknowledge great service my parents recieved from Doug at noShepparton Harvey norman.who helped them over phone to scan on tofreeair setup new tv that couldn't do.doug went out his way google the tv looked up settings went through it steps. With in minutes they had tv working perfectly after tryn for hours.doug so patient extremely helpful did great job over phone thankyou Doug great customer service not many stores around like Harvey Norman who staff actually go out way to help there customers. Today we received delivery of a new bedhead and side tables. I had the delight of dealing with Shannon. Shannon has been incredibly helpful from my first visiting the store to delivery. He has shown accountability, ownership and consideration throughout the process. I could honestly not have expected more. Thank you for all of your assistance and keeping me well informed along the way.

Always great service unfortunately didn’t have an iPhone 15 pro max forsale. But at least I got to look at one and feel one on display thanks.

The staff were very helpful in attending to my request to return & replace my item that failed under warranty. A simple phone call to enquire how to go about getting an exchange and my problem was resolved fast & efficiently

Rinzan from flooring department was very helpful. He helped us find the best hybrid flooring which suites our need and budget. If you need hard floors, carpets or rugs look for him, his service was awesome and he will look after you with the pricing.

Very helpful staff as we had numerous questions about items from different departments and they went out of their way to find answers.

I had a faulty lounge chair and had to have repaired or replaced. Dealing with staff in a Pandemic is hard enough, however Becc and Vicky made it so easy.
