Spendless Shoes

i forgot to ask her name as i walked out but the receipt had her name so i would like to extend the biggest thank you to felicity!! i was shopping for my graduation shoes and she was so patient with me as i was really indecisive and nervous about buying heels. she made me feel so welcome and i exited with the biggest smile on my face! if i ever find the opportunity to come back i definitely will!! <3

I went into Spendless today looking for shoes for a concert I'm attending this week. I didnt get the name of the girl that helped me, but the receipt says Felicity.
She was extremely polite and VERY helpful today, I'm beyond happy with the help I recieved and the pair of shoes I left with, and thrilled with the service I recieved even with it being so close to closing time.
Will definitely return in future if I need shoes (:

Best experience in a spendless shoes i have ever had and in any store. Amy was the staff member who was amazing. I had two children and she super attentive. I was trying on shoes on my 2 year old and she more than happy to help and entertain my children whilst I was trying to find the right shoe. There was no one else in the store at the time, I was on holidays here and she made the day even more easier on myself. Thank you Amy xx

Negative experience today at SPENDLESS shepparton. I found the school shoes on their website that I wanted for my daughter and clicked on the shepparton store stock to see if there was any in stock in her size, which there was, so visited the shepparton store and asked could we buy them. Lady seemed fairly disinterested, went to look for them, half way thru just started serving another customer that was looking at shoes!!! Treated us as if we werent there, so I politely waited at the back of the line, determined to be eventually served again. When it was our turn again, she wouldnt look for the shoes at all, kept saying just order them online, so I said if I order them online for click and collect at this store, it says theyre in stock but you aren't willing to look for them for me....she couldnt answer. Walked out in disgust...

This is not essentially a complaint but just a review regarding a not so fun experience at the Shepparton spend less shoes. I am a frequent shopper at spend less and usually having to travel a fair amount of distance to shop at these stores. I must say, after my recent experience I will never set foot inside a spend less shoes.. especially SHEPPARTON! I had some very creepy vibes coming from one particular employee. The constant hounding made me worried for my life.. even for a 47 year old male. I hope this lady understands that she has mistaken good customer service with aggressive selling. I hope I can mentally recover from this ://

Brought my daughter in here today. We were the only one in the shop. The shopkeeper gave absolutely no acknowledgment or assistance but kept fiddling with arranging shoes on top and touching her nose piercing. I asked for help after not being able to find shoes. She kept looking up and told me to go to far aisle halfway down. This is where we had been looking. Walked out in disgust and she was still oblivious

No stars would be better. I am Revisiting the store to exchange an unworn pair of mens shoes. Wrong size. I am told that the time has expired to do so. The receipt states WE WILL HAPPILY REFUND AND EXCHANGE ITEMS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. I HAVE MY RECEIPT. THE SHOES HAVE NOT HAD THE TAGS REMOVED. I do not read that there is a 2 week time limit.

“I’m not normally a person to write complaints but the service and overall experience I had at spendless the other day was appalling - in particular with the lady with the red hair. Coming from years of management experience I would definitely have an investigation and honestly an overall restructuring of the spendless shoes team at this particular location!!”

Absolutely horrible experience at spendless shepparton, no wonder its a ghost store and no one shops there, the employee was extremely rude and very passive aggressive. Idk if it was racially motivated or what.

Rude customer service, won't be back, definitely don't recommend
