Bunnings Shepparton

I purchased an Ozito battery operated mower and I really enjoy using it. It was exactly what I was looking for and it is so easy to operate and definitely does the job.
I have needed to return it only due to a battery problem and they replaced it with a new one. Thankfully it was still under warranty. 👍

A big big thanks to Emma for helping us a lot today.. We have bought the fan today and she not only guided us about the best one but also assembled it for us.. I would never forget this help.. Overall bunnings in Shepparton is one of the best place where everyone is willing to help with a smiling face.. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just had some timber delivered from Bunnings Shep. Only ordered on Monday.. so was good fast service
The driver Chris was very pleasant and appreciated him actually getting out of the truck to open our gate. Most other company delivery drivers see the gate shut & just drive off and don’t even deliver your items. Thanks Chris 👍

Found it easier to just google the store and check item location and find what I wanted myself, typical bunnings so many staff all look unapproachable

Bunnings is fantastic when you know where something is...But finding help well is not always great...There is room for improvement Bunnings..

I came into shepparton store on the 22nd of march to pick up a few things witht my horse in tow, not only did u guys let me in with her but Ur staff kindly offered water and apple's from there lunch for Daisy (my miniature horse) while myself and daughter got our kitchen cabinets, such a wonderful experience.. thankyou bunnings.

They have everything you need for your house

Needed safety gear for a gardening lawn mowing job next door to my units. Visited 3 stores that only had the cheaper face shields and ear muffs. Arrived at the tools section and found the Protector Saftey brand - perfect! Also picked up a packet of eco friendly snail pellets and a good quality garden hose sprayer (8 options). Great service with a smile to boot!

Visited again and they were very short staffed.
I needed some grip mat cut to length and there was no one to be seen. So asked the first staff member that was using a pallet trolly for finding assistance they immediately called for help which came promptly. A very friendly and smiling woman arrived to give me excellent service! . I received two rolls of grip mat bundled together just in case I was questioned about being in possession of two rolls instead of one - proactive thinking indeed!
