Great customer service, the only tiny challenge is that they don’t usually accept cash, (they will if you insist). But the self serving machines are very easy to use, and quick. Staff work at drive through are amazing, friendly, patient and always smiling.

So came in with my lad 2/8/23 @ 10pm the joint was flat out. The staff did an awesome job getting meals out and even with being so busy were still extremely polite and helpful when the 13 yr old couldn't make a decision. Cheers all.

I came in with a7 yr old child. The manager went above and beyond. From serving us to rewarding the child with With a free chocolate sundae for helping with holding the bin open soo he could put the rubbish in.

Just called in for a quick bite and were very impressed, we are seniors and had many visits to Maccas across the country, so we know and this was the best, quick friendly service, food was fresh and HOT, well done to all the team.

The only 24 hour food place for many kilometers around... certainly in the town and further out. Young staff do get beseiged by managers so I feel sympathetic towards them. never had any errors and the service is exceptionally prompt and polite. My meal is always tasty and decent value for money. Happy. Hope they never leave town.

We frequently travel through out oz and can honestly say this is consistently the best one we have been to, regarding staff and quality. They are so far in front we cannot even suggest a runner up. As for the table service it is friendly and fantastic.

Macca's at mooroopna wouldn't be the same without Sandra. She always very helpful and happy and welcoming to everyone that enters. She also works very hard in keep the place very clean inside as to her husband who keeps outside just as clean and welcoming. Outstanding work well done.

Have been here a few times and each time I am blown away by the service, this isn't my local maccas bbut I must say I prefer this one over the one closer to me, they are friendly, happy to help, always a clean restaurant, the bins are never full to the point where it's overflowing or unable to put anything in, the food has always been hot when we have gone there as well will keep coming back

I love Ethan manager. Best in the world. No competition. Make other managers look like peasants in the industry.

Better than McDonald's shepparton. Quicker service and hotter food. And hasn't made a mistake with an order yet. Shepparton has made order mistakes on numerous occasions. Always check your order before you leave.

The staff is very nice so far, the food is fast and also this place always my stop when i walk around with my girlfriend, pretty strategic spot

Always a great place to have a quick Coffee, a simple meal or a brekkie.
