McDonald's

I never do reviews but I've actually made the effort this morning 19/11/23 because I drove through this store and was so impressed with the service, the food and the coffee!!!! It was above reasonable expectations even. Well done guys

A pitt the staff all look like they are unhappy or really ocerworked. No one speaks to you like you are the customer not do they have any care in the world what the answer is to hi how are you or hi how your day. Made me sit in waiting bat AGAIN when. No one in sight. Just shows their monthly totals are an absolute rought. Laughable.

I'm never surprised when the burger and on all occasions this happens. The burgers a literally thrown together. They should take a good look around then

Fast service. Chips were really hot but burgers and wrap Luke warm. Meant to be crispy chicken wrap. Unfortunately more soggy than crispy. Ate only as hungry. And no time to go back to complain and ask for a hot one. The hot chips helped. Not the best McDonald's.

Macdonald fast food, is friendly the staff try very hard to keep up to meals we last went and were charged twice even when asked if we were charged twice the young man said I don't think you were charged but I think he was just guessing so we were not happy to find on our bank statements that we had infact been charged twice NOT HAPPY

Service is always lovely, especially from an older guy in the drive through handing out orders, so polite! They always get my coffees right and listen to the details. Food is fresh, love this maccas.

Had breakfast yesterday, McMuffin was hot and good, hash brown was superb and not soggy like other stores, coffee was good.
Restaurant was clean and inviting when walked in.
Toilets were very clean unlike Moree in NSW which were filthy including handbasin.

Great customer service, even when under the pump late, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

All this for $3.00.
You've got to keep an eye open for the rewards deals.

Separate visit.
Frozen drink machine not working, staff offered us a free upgrade to shakes.

Nice sit down under cover outdoor area.

Drive threw was busy. But got everything fresh. 2 lots of pancakes for $12 barging breakfast for my granddaughter and myself.

Welcomed service, doubke drive through, slight wait for barrister coffee.... pleasant and polite staff so I have no complaints. Its always been drama free when I'm travelling through. Well made coffee too.

Ample parking space and the biggest mackers in Shepparton love it.

Very busy at peak hour. Small oversight with my meal but was quickly and without question fixed. Staff member was more friendly and helpful than she needed to be.

The best McDonald’s in Australia ✅👍They made high quality food then others, my food in here never cold 😇 My Hash browns were still hot until last bite , and the young staffs bring a lot of energy 👍

I havent been here often but in those few times I have had positive outcomes. Ordered the special 'big' big Mac for their 50 year special. Glad to say, it was great! Ordered some regular things here too through the driveway and had no communication problems with the staff which can usually be a problem. This McDonald's is also situated conveniently on Wyndham Street with is handy for people passing through Shepparton.
