Great food. The first few times I went here, the food was questionable, and the service was slow. However after my last few visits, it seems like they have improved a lot. I had the chicken tenders and they were juicy and super tasty. The Oreo shake will always be my favourite

We are glad we stopped here on our way into Shepparton. Great food, friendly staff and attention to detail. Food was delicious and for once our kids ate everything on the plate. Recommended.

First time visit to Carl's Jr, and wasn't disappointed. Angus burger was awesome and easily beats Maccas. Chicken burger was also very good. Like the sauces and how it is used sparingly allowing to enjoy the real taste of the burger. Chilli cheese fries was also good. Most of all loved the customer service. Will definitely be going again.

Friendly staff, quick service, clean tables, yummy food.
Meals cost more than the usual Maccas, KFC etc but are way nicer and have less people for a more relaxing meal.

Love double angus jalapeños, so delicious as well as the hot chips. Everything is good. Service is excellent!

This place has really improved from the last experience before the new management these burgers are so good and the onion rings are so delicious I highly recommend this place now definitely drop in and try these burgers out

Delicious burgers and onion rings love the free refills and ginger beer when dining in and freshness of food. Kids love getting a cookie with the kids meals. Always friendly staff and clean restaurant

I was in drive through and ordered a small meal then changed my mind and wanted a medium! The man who served me who’s name I think was sahli? Upgraded the meal for free as we had already put the order through! Such a nice gesture and seriously made my night! Service is always great, and the food is always fresh! I Always order the original burger and it’s amazing! For anyone who doesn’t know what to order try that! You won’t regret it! Thanks again for a great service!

Best Carls Jr in VIC, hands down. I walked in and first thing i saw was the leader, her name was Sarah. She’s got amazing customer service, she was able to manage the restaurant excellently. She was really comfortable to speak to, also she actually made us these Biscoff milkshakes that seriously tasted like heaven. Been here about twice and Sarah has always greeted us and left us smiling our ways out. Well done! Will definitely recommend to family and friends, Thank you once again Sarah for your amazing leadership skills and service.

We live in NSW (a few hours north of Sydney) and we always visit Carl's Jr. every time we come to Shepparton!

By far our favourite fast food restaurant!

The staff are always friendly and courteous, prices are great, food comes out in a timely manner and the free drink refills are definitely a bonus.

What an absolute pleasure to be served by 2 lovely young ladies. They were pleasant, helpful, and extremely polite. The food was also delicious.
Highly recommend stopping in.

Really enjoyed my first meal at Carl's Jr Shepparton. Had the Chicken BTL burger and I was amazed at how fresh and tasty the chicken was. My son had told me that they prepare everything from scratch and it was evident in the great tasting food. I also enjoyed the fries. They tasted great and weren't over salted. One of the great things to see though, was the excitement and enthusiasm of the staff. Their customer service was exemplary and I hope they continue to love this great opportunity to be a part of something new. Can't wait to try their coffee and dessert menu - the cookie ice-cream sandwich looks amazing.

Absolutely beautiful burgers, definitely coming again !!! I strongly recommend others dining in here, and I recommend the original Angus, one of the best burgers I’ve had in my whole life !!!!! And the dine in area was very clean and looked amazing! Great job to all the workers at carls Jr.👏
