Very good experience, shelves packed, Store neat and clean. Only limited team members on shop floor to assist customers but whoever was there, they were all friendly, happy to help.

Big wide Isles plenty of things to buy in all categories. Helpful staff and friendly customers. 😃

Dear readers, Big W, oh the wonder, it's a place were you may find so much, much that you need and much that you may go ohhh that's cute I so need that.

Let me relate a story, my brother needed a TV, and the search was on. Were may one find a TV that is both economical cause it is, was almost Xmas 2018, and don't we all need to be careful of the old hip pocket. So I looked in Big W's website and boom. A great 40 inch lovely and best of all AfterPay, no interest payments of 8 weeks and options of delivery oh my gosh!

So we were successful in our mission, and for an economical price. And when I struggled with the AfterPay process the customer service helped me with a smile, even though I was making a mess of it. So customer service is epic, check. All round a great place to shop dear readers, and AfterPay makes it all that much more sweeter.

Great prices. Lots of Halloween costumes. Women's clothing has a great range. $3 t-shirts $6 leggings. Amazing quality and variety. Definitely a good place to shop.

Sandra in the photo section was Simply amazing..helped me out straight away, even got my toddler a pen and paper to play with and got my photos all done n ptinted in ten mins...after I'd wasted 2 hrs at officeworks and big W! And the prints are cheaper at Kmart! It's still my fav shop and I'm never going to Officeworks with their terrible staff that don't know what they're doing again!
