The staff are always very friendly and I absolutely love the Cold Brew.

The banana bread and almond croissants are tasty.

If you plan on using the drive through, there can be a fair wait sometimes, however the staff a fast and get through the orders promptly

I came through the drive through today around 2:30pm and just wanted to say the girl working at the window is doing such a great job! She was so lovely and personable and has excellent customer service. I get a danish and drink fairly regularly from this Starbucks which is always good, but today really made my day.

I regularly pop in just to grab my order but today really made my week end so positively! I accidentally missed something from my order off the app and the manager (I think) was so helpful and the coffee is exact to my order. Even something so small can make a person says so much better, thank you for that!

I didn't have coffee, just a meeting. Nice and big inside, plenty of seating and space to meet without sitting on top of eachother. Was clean, and smelled nice, wish I could drink coffee. Not much parking in that center, more of a drive through center, with GyG and 7-11 right there.

The man who took my order was very sweet. I love zakxs good very much. Sad to see him gone

I order my usual chai soy latte from the Rothwell store last week. When I got to the check out I checked my bank like I normally do and noticed that I had insufficient funds to pay for my chai. I felt so embarrassed and broke down crying. The lady serving me spoke with the manager and the next thing I knew I had my chai in my hand. I told her I could not pay for it. She said it was ok and to enjoy my day.
I had not long lost my Aunt to cancer and was going through a lot of personal stuff. So thank you to the amazing staff that day. They really made me feel so much better.

The girls here are so lovely! Really chatty & such positive attitudes!! The Drinks & the Food was delicious & wasn’t much of a wait-time at all, maybe 3 minutes.

Highly recommend the chocolate frappe. Also, the Christmas special drinks are always great.

Starbucks is my fav and I love it here of the friendly staff and getting free drink on your birthday thank you Starbucks.

This place is the best. I love it here and the staff are amazing.

Coffee is great, options are endless and the food is always reliably good. Staff here are always friendly, and I've seen them on more than one occasion put up with more than service people should ever have to, while still keeping a smile on their faces.

Love my delicious coffees when setting off somewhere. The location is badly undersized so at peak times cars can bank-up outside ...its a nuisance but not dangerous and eventually we all get through. Few of us ever drive away though .... we want that bevereage too much!!

Nitro brew, and cold Brew with sweet vanilla cream...delicious! Great Ambiance, staff allowed us time and space to be here and enjoy
