Came in yesterday to buy a last minute gift card for a birthday as I had no idea what present to get. Cathe was very friendly and gave me a few popular suggestions for toys I could buy for the age range I had in mind. I left with two beautifully wrapped presents within 15 minutes. I came into this store on Saturday the 13/11. I was in a search for Pokémon trading cards for my nephew. Adriana was extremely helpful and explained to me in detail what I needed to purchase. She had exceptional customer service and was welcoming from the moment I entered the store.

The ladies at this shop are so helpful, I told them I couldn’t walk far and they asked me what I was looking for and ran around the shop getting everything I wanted for me, nothing was a bother to them they served me with a smile and made me feel very welcome.

Love this store. I always find the staff very knowledgeable and willing to help. Everything in store is easy to find and laid out beautifully. The prices are competitive to other department stores, so I always go here to help the smaller businesses.

just wanted to say that the lady that was working at the counter yesterday (i didn't catch her name) gave such great customer service and was so helpful, I was so impressed. Lovely to come into a shop and have staff like this to serve you. Sorry I didn't catch her name but she went above and beyond to help us.

Awesome toys. Lots of variety.

This place has more toys than you can poke a stick at. My 8 and 6 year old boys 👵 went here because is the only dedicated toy store around after the other place overstocked and went out of business. Haha 😂.
We bought some great cap guns here and enough caps to really get those retired neighbors so worked up they might sell up and move into a retirement village. 😂😅😁😎😉

Great place to visit

Yesterday, I was helped by 2 Young Ladies (1 New Girl and another). The Other Young Lady who has been there for some time, She was Awesome and very helpful in helping me to search for a Christmas Gift. Going there was well worth it. Thank You to both the Young Ladies.
