Woolworths Rothwell

It is my first experience at Woolworths Rothwell for several months.
I wanted to especially thank Kitty from fruit and veg (Produce) for her kindness and warm smile that made my night.

Also thank you to Issy on front end for sorting out my technical issues, with patience and determination

I really appreciated the help from both ladies.

Highly recommended service.

Good centre, one of the things I do here is get a trolley as soon as I'm outta my car. Can never get a small trolley inside, gotta drag one in if you want a smaller push. Edit: Someone was reading, they upped their game with the trolleys, good effort folks, thanks.

There were no small trolleys inside so a lovely young staffer went out of his way to go outside and find one for me. Store is well stocked and presented.

Dropped into Rothwell at the last minute before closing, was given this beautiful bunch of flowers- made my day, thank you Team Rothwell and the lovely young lady who had to find someone to give them too - so glad it was me!

Lovely staff members and clean and well-organised store

I found it clean and well maintained. The usual Woolies standard of heaps of different brands to choose from for any given item. The staff are friendly and helpful. A good size store in a good location with ample covered parking available. I liked the freshness of the baked items in the bakery. The store is busy going through an upgrade to the shelving throughout. Looks like it's all being replaced with new, wider shelves.

Always well stocked and staff are friendly too.

Great staff ,clean shop what more can you want

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting with a very kind and helpful young checkout girl on 14/4/23. She was on checkout 3 and her name is Kendal (not too sure about the spelling). She put a heavy item in separate bags ,so I could lift them, she was so pleasant and kind.And it was so calming to see this lovely employee of Rothwells Woolworths store. She is one of many, but she made my chaotic day. Thank you Kendal.

Well set out store, no long waits at checkouts. They seem to keep shelves well stocked. Happy to shop there again.

If it wasn’t for FE on the registers today Saturday 10th December 5 stars would be 0. She was the only one on and her line up was huge. She worked amazingly. If she isn’t a permanent staff member then Management need to look at who shows up and works and reward where needed! Thank you FE

Great store everything I need in one place

It's clean. Staff are helpfull.

It's always a pleasure to shop there, my favourite Woolworths Rothwell, the staff are nice, friendly, and very helpful.  I love how they care about the health and safety of the customers.

Friendly staff heaps of parking spaces

They were so helpful even when they were so so busy. The staff are excellent. The shop is well managed. It's always clean. The Staff are excellent, they are like a corner store.. Always a lovely atmosphere there.

Shopping close to closing time and staff were still polite. Slipped on some grapes on the floor, a staff member picked it up off the floor immediately without hesitation. Another staffer gave quick clear directions to locate an item. Pretty good team they have there, shout out to Sooty, long term A grade staffer on checkoutss.

Always find this store a friendly environment with a most helpful, accommodating staff. I would like to take this opportunity though to congratulate and thank Sooty who served us today at the checkout. What a delight. We left your store with huge smiles on our faces. Thank you Sooty.

On entering this supermarket it looks bright and welcoming! Clean,organised and well stocked. Friendly helpful staff who are very willing to stop their restocking to assist in a customer inquiry. Plenty of variety! Well done Woolworths staff Rothwell.
