Aqua Blue Apollo Bay. Construction site next door that starts up at 7:30 am. Spoke to the lovey construction team and they delayed start until 10am. Lovely people.
Not happy as came to relax and have. No heads up from the booking agency. Gave a small discount after being notified.

Off to a poor start: keys not ready on arrival. Paid a fair bit for a property in Apollo Bay with both couches unusable because they had given way / sagged in the middle. Mould in grout, someone’s used lolly wrapper in the bed sheets, dirty takeaway coffee cup lid under the couch, broken glass and empty soft drink can on the terrace, someone’s old sandals on the deck. Their response to this information was “thank you for telling us”.

Contacted Sharee through Air Bnb to book a property.

The property is listed as available on Air bnb for the dates requested.

However, the property is listed as not available for those dates on their website or "SOLD".

I then politely asked Sharee numerous times to confirm if it was available or not so we knew if we could book the property or look elsewhere in which she continued to send me booking requests on Air Bnb ignoring the concern I had raised.

I simply wanted to know if there had been a mix up with a potential double booking, however that was deemed too hard for Sharee to answer.

She then became un responsive until which she finally replied "Unfortunately I have let the property go to someone else"

Absolutely terrible customer service.
