Top service in everyway. We went to Bev Marks looking for a new mattress and bed head for my daughter and came away having bought a double mattress, base and bed head and a queen mattress. George was very helpful and taught us about the care of mattresses.
We were told it would all arrive before Christmas and it did. We were notified a couple of days before delivery day and kept informed during the day when delivery time would be. Arrival was on time. Instalation quick and highly efficient. Packaging was removed and taken away. Thank you to the team at Bev Marks Chirnside Park. Rami did a great job organising the best bed solution for my wife and me. He spent a lot of time checking out our various health needs for optimum sleep. We are looking forward to our new bed.

We lost some furniture as a result of storm damage to our house. We ended up finding an identical bed to what we used to have in Bev Marks. The Bev Marks team went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer (Enfield Furniture) to help us color match our remaining bedroom furniture with the new bed. They did all they could to fast track our delivery and we ended up getting it delivered just before Christmas. The team were absolutely superb, I can't thank them enough.

Sean assisted us to purchase a bed base. His service was the best we had received in many shopping experiences. Sean was knowledgeable, polite and personable.

Mary was exceptional! Qualified our needs with our bad backs, gave great options and suggestions. Pricing very realistic for quality. Will even take away old mattress for recycling after being pulled to pieces. A faultless experience when we anticipated stress. Big thank you.

We were in the market for a new mattress, called into Bevmarks to start the shopping around process. We met by salesman Rami, nothing was a problem, he has an excellent knowledge of what he sells. He was also happy to take as much time as we needed and even steered us away from some products as they wouldn't have met our expectations. We were happy enough that we purchased without feeling the need to shop around. So if you need a new bed, call in and speak to Rami.

Have purchased from this store a few years ago and the service I received then and with this purchase was excellent. I appreciate not being 'jumped' on as soon as you enter the store. Mary's assistance with searching for a good quality mattress topper was most appreciated right through to the pick up of the item just 4 days later. The selection of products is great and would definitely shop there again when the need arises.

My family was recently moved due to a violent attack on one of my children. Unfortunately in the moving process a large percentage of our households items were stolen and destroyed.
To say it’s been difficult would be a vast understatement.

Today I called Bevmarks Sleep Professionals in Croydon on the slim chance that they would have access to files going back many, many years.
Mary, my new best mate, sifted through ancient files from 2006 and found our purchase so that we can make an insurance claim and return a little happiness to our lives.

Mary then sent me the original paperwork, for a bed with a lifetime warranty.
This company didn’t owe me anything.
They are just genuine, kind and caring Aussies in a time when we’re all feeling a little worn out from lockdowns and lost revenue.

So seriously, if you need a great bed from people that will look after you- EVEN 17 YEARS LATER. Then Bevmarks is the place to go.

Well, after 10+ years of sleeping on a plush mattress that was making my back hurt so much that I would cry, Brad at Chirnside Park chose an AH Beard medium mattress that has far exceeded my expectations. If I have a sore back at all, I actually go to bed now to realign it and wake with no pain!! Quite incredible. His recommendations were spot on for both myself and my 10 year old son, who is extremely tall and heavy for his age. Brad gave him some wonderful advice for how to sleep being a big boy (Brad was extremely tall as well and had some good stories). So we got a new mattress for him as well.
Brad also recommended the 'space NASA pillow' (Vinci side sleeper pillow) and I have never had a better sleep. My first night I slept straight for 15 hours. I was utterly exhausted.
I cannot speak more highly of Chirnside Park Bev Marks and Brad and team. They were good listeners, tailored the mattresses to our specific needs and even made further recommendations to help an support our sleep experience. Thank you. See you in another 10 years! Be safe.

I am happy with my bed, and the service. it has helped me sleep much better, sleep very important in the niche of life. I am glad i purchased my matress and base in jan during the mega sale. like with all places, just make sure you make a clear decision to what you want and dont be detoured by pressure tactics from the sales staff :) thanks and have good day

Great service from George M @ Chrinside Park. He was very professional, asking a lot of questions about our needs and very informative. Didn't push us to the most expensive mattress, rather the one that suited our needs. Would definitely recommend him and the Chirnside Park location
