A guy named Kevin looked after us, since walking in he asked if we needed help and constantly checked in on us. There was a bit of a wait and a little mistake but he made up for it and more! We appreciate all his help! Need more people like him in retail!

Floyed was extremely helpful and offered honest and supportive advice in purchasing a new TV. I had already done my own research, and was impressed by Floyd's knowledge. Once the TV arrived into stock Floyd arranged our delivery by 2 gentleman that allowed us to negotiate the position and height of the TV to our liking. They even removed the packaging and rubbish, leaving our lounge room spotless. You cannot beat the advice, service and price of JBHIFi. I was truly impressed. They have great sales and installation pricing. Very competitive! Don't be shy to ask for a comparable price. You be will be pleasantly surprised. Happy shopping.

It's not one of the biggest JB Hi Fi stores but what it lacks in size it makes up for in great customer service. I've been buying from this store for many years and will continue to go back time and time again. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of products here and no matter what department I buy from, there's always a friendly, helpful staff member to look after me. The staff all seem really nice and more than happy to help and they're not pushy at all. I also like the fact that the staff all seem really happy which to me is a sign of good management if the staff enjoy their jobs and their workmates. Well done JB Hi Fi Chirnside Park :)

Easy going and usually do click and collect but plenty parking and plenty to see

Just went to JB Hi-Fi Chrinside and had amazing customer service from Jackson! He was incredibly knowledgeable with all sorts of areas and very friendly. He explained to my sister a warranty process on a product that’s i brought earlier in the day and wasn’t explained, but he went the extra mile to set up the warranty for me, even though I had already purchased my headphones. He for sure provided a great and simple experience for us customers!

Jackson spent a solid 10 mins helping me choose the best laptop for study, despite me telling me I wasn’t planning on buying on the spot. A really genuine ‘customer service’ experience and I’m very grateful and will definitely be back to buy thanks to his advice.

My fitbit stopped charging. So I hunted for my receipt, but as I had moved I figured it was long gone. I contacted JB HIFI explained the situation. They were extremely patient trying to find the sale from a few years back, as i paid with a credit card they could look it up thru the card number. Success, they found it. I then went down and was able to get a new one covered under warranty with no issues at all. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, like always.

Have been to this store on several occasions.
The service from the staff has always been great. I always go to Floyd who has an exceptional knowledge on all the products available and being able to explain them in the simplest of terms and also go into great detail.
Staff has always been great, the service has been exceptional, always looking to look after a returning customer.
I have visited a few JB HI-FI's in my time even interstate but this has definitely been one of the best ones that I have.
Vast amount of options and stock and always have the latest stock available.

Great JB Hi-Fi Home store. Only thing is - stock runs low here. Staffs are modest and helpful. Thursday night is the best if you need personal service.

When my Samsung galaxy S8+ got stolen the staff and manager were very helpful in assisting me on making an insurance claim and getting a replacement phone through insurance 😁
