Spotlight Bayswater

This is my wife's favourite shop! I often accompany her to get beautiful things to spruce up the house. I got to choose the cushions this time & they were 40% off!

we found the best sofa cover with 50% off deal.. great fit.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

The store layout is a circle, with small Isles in sections, making it easy to navigate. My friend found the size overwhelming however and found the lights very bright. I agree that if you are light sensitive you'll want sunglasses, however I found the dull grey floor made the light significantly less overwhelming than other spotlight stores. The size also made it easier to avoid other people, helping me not feel crowded and rushed.
I was wearing headphones and didn't notice any sounds in particular.

All and all, take the things you tend to need in big stores and leave if you need to. The carpark is right out front so if you drive you will be able to get to your car quickly for a break. I would recommend the plant section for lower lighting and the magazine area across from fabric cutting to sit for a second.

A huge store, well laid out and helpful staff. I found everything I needed and more than expected. I went to the adjoining Frankie & co café afterwards and their pie and hot chocolate were both excellent, the pastry was nice and crunchy. The customers were hilarious! Make sure you present your Spotlight receipt for a discount on your café purchase, as I only saw the sign after purchasing at Spotlight then the café lol 🙄 at least I'll know for next time! 🧶🥧☕

Staff were super friendly and helpful!! We got some dining chair covers and they look amazing!! 👌 Every single staff member was polite, helpful and courteous. Very accommodating and being my 1st time at this Spotlight, I was super impressed 👏 5 stars from me. Thanks guys, see you next time!! 🤩

Wonderful staff and great range of goods. If you are into crafts you are almost certain to find what you need here. And if you can't, staff will be happy to help.

When I go to visit my nana in the nursing home, I always will pop into Spotlight. With the amazing balloons they have is wonderful, this makes my nana so HAPPY and of course brings lots of course to Nanas room.
I can't thank Spotlight enough for the balloon range, you make my nana and extremely happy.

Side note: Bought the best shag pile rug over 5 years ago and it is still as good as it was when purchased. 👍😃

Hey Fellas! It's not as bad as it looks. I rate it mate with 5 stars for friendly service with a smile. Also the costumes are very cool too. There something for everyone so go on and get down there fellas!

Plenty of parking and location is easy to navigate. Stocks for items on sale are usually available in-store which is great. Store is generally tidy but can get a bit messy especially when shopping for Christmas items but otherwise floor layout is easy to follow and items are clustered according to use and for which area of the house the item is needed. Makes shopping a lot easier!

Always a good place to visit and get inspiration for crafting and sewing. Love how that they are still employing staff who have a passion for making things.

My son and I went into spotlight at bayswater and were looking at curtains, we were clueless as to where to start and we were luckily helped out by Jo. She was so patient, helpful and friendly, she made the process easy and enjoyable.

Very helpful staff, and lots of great craft stuff for kids and adults. Great for a break from TV and video games.

Full of fabrics in different patterns but not many different kind of textures to choose.
Still a cool place to dig something you want.

It always has what I need. No wait time when checking out.
Ample parking.
Just a nice shopping experience.

I’ve been to the party section twice now for balloons, and the lovely lady that has served me has been absolutely delightful. Not only is she genuinely happy and nice to deal with, she makes sure to give you the best advice and instructions when caring for balloons you’re purchasing for a party.
