If u have a home project that needs doing u need to call in to Bunnings for all your supplies, the staff are very helpful to find what you want & where it is in the isles.

Great place if you would like to renovate your house, build something or refresh your garden. You can find everything here to have some nice barbecue as well. Never miss out the pots and outdoor living section.

Hats off to Manager Michael and team who went above and beyond chopping me out with some mower part and wipper snipper issues. So gratefull I've left my first ever review. Cheers guys.!

My husband and I visited Bunnings Croydon garden centre late thismorning and had a very positive experience. One of the young girls at the garden checkout went out of her way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. She directed us to the products we needed, and when she didn't know, she rang another staff member to ask. Unfortunately we didn't get her name, but she is an asset to your company.

Just another adventure in to a great store. The staff are just as helpful as any other Bunnings store I've been to and it's stocked full of goodies! Look around for the discounted stands and you will find a bargain 😉

If you live in the eastern suburbs close to Ringwood, unless its a small common item you are looking for, i would recommend going to Croydon. They have a larger space so much more stock. The staff also have a much better idea on where to direct you. Ringwood, although i think its fantastic that they are employing young locals, i feel they are not being inducted/trained adequately which results in a negative experience for the young person and the customer. Lift your game Ringwood.

Have been to Bunnings twice in the last couple of days. First occasion we were served by Lucas and the second occasion we were served by Annaliese Both of these staff members were extremely helpful. Thanks to both of you.

went early morning the week before xmas to get paint colour matched then young girl in the paint centre named 'Sara's amazing greeted with a smiling face and an incredible knowledge of paint products Sara proceeded to match my colour and gave me paint options and hints all in a hectic week in retail so once again can't go past bunnings well done Sara and hope you get recognised for your amazing service well done

Awesome staff, who are always polite and extremely helpful. Their stock is always growing, with new tools, hardware and gardening product etc. and never expensive.

Great variety of indoor and outdoor plants. Scored a discounted walk in greenhouse today. Young girl at the checkout was so lovely and patient when I was getting flustered after finishing a long week at work and trying to transfer money into my account to pay. I wish I had of taken note of her name. She was at the garden register around 430pm today.

Just had the best experience at Bunnings in Croydon . I purchased a large item and Jarrod helped me get into the car! He was patient pleasant kind and extremely helpful! Had been to Centrelink earlier in the day wish I could say the experience was the same but not so! He made my day !!

Recently I was assisted by Allison in finding a precision mini screwdriver to repair a small instrument.
I was impressed by her dedication, persistence and customer service. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me and my wife find the right screwdriver set.
She is worth her weight in Gold! Please take note Bunnings Management!

This branch is by far the best of the best. I go there and see familiar faces all the time; good sign for staff retention. Every single interaction with every individual has been personable, helpful, informative and happy. Despite long working hours and tough job they still have a positive outlook and can share a joke or two. Today one member of staff went over and beyond to process a transaction for me and I can’t thank her enough. This is a good business with good people. No wonder why they smash it all the time.

We recently came home late in the day to find our house half flooded. Amelia at the front desk was brilliant in helping us hire a hydro-vacuum, explanation on use and how best to start the long process of clean up. Brilliant service and very helpful in a difficult situation for us, thanks Amelia.

It’s a five star when it comes to Bunnings stores. Parking is always available, they have some experienced staff wandering the aisles from time to time that can help you find what you’re looking for.

Always a few deals to be had in the power tools section.

Asked the lady at the entrance where the suggestion box was as I wanted to make a request to the company regarding smaller trolleys for us smaller and older people instead of lugging that big one around when you only want 1 or 2 or 3 items .
She showed me where and also showed me their new kiddies trolleys, put a basket at the bottom and told me to try using this one. So thankful as I didn't knock into anybody with the protruding bottom end of the larger one. Thanks to that lovely front of store lady.

I had the best experience of my life, Rory in the yellow top directed me exactly where I wanted to go then helped me lift the very heavy chair set into my car. Give this man a promotion!!! Seriously something must be right about how this is being managed. Not only this he had a discussion with me about which chair set was best and which one was best value. Thanks Rory!
