We picked up our brand new Mazda 3 last month and we absolutely love it! Abhay was very professional and helpful and the whole process was smooth. Apparently his family is also Mazda user so that he can share more personal experience in a user perspective.
My husband also bought a CX5 from Ringwood Mazda last year so this is our second car from them. Very patient and helpful salespeople would highly recommended to everyone.

From the beginning, Ben B was our Salesperson. An amazing experience with Ben from the start. Looking after his clients is his speciality. Then Betty, who explained the car care features, whom also was very knowledgeable of the products.Then handover, we had the pleasure of Steven taking care of us. A very thorough handover with all questions answered. Chloe then went through the camera operation. All clear and simple.

Just purchased my cx5 from Ringwood Mazda. Fantastic customer service from first contact. Matthew contacted via SMS, voicemail and email the very next morning after placing a reservation on a car. I was booked in shortly after for a test drive and signed off on the purchase that day. Every person in the dealership was helpful and friendly. Matthew clearly explained the whole process, Betty was great fun taking me through some upgrade options, and my car was prepared and ready too go only a few days later. My pickup experience was excellent and I made me feel quite special. The car itself is excellent and really impressed with the build quality. I cancelled an order from another manufacturer prior to this purchase due to average customer service, Ringwood Mazda's reputation is certainly accurate, they are the best. Picked up my beautiful Mazda MX30 recently. I'm thrilled with it and very happy with the service provided by Steven and the excellent team at Mazda Ringwood. This was the first car I had seen which really excited me and I am not disappointed. Their minimum $2,000 trade in was also appreciated.

We found the process was very smooth, we have been kept up to date from start to finish from the time the car first started on the production line up till it was arriving here in Australia.
the salesman was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout process.
Harley and his manager were really helpful to accommodate us to pick up on Sat instead of weekday as both of us could not make it on weekday.

Our recent experience with Ringwood Mazda was exceptional. Our daughter was looking for her first car and we spent numerous weekends test driving different makes and models of cars. Dimi at Ringwood Mazda was hands down the top salesperson we met. He was friendly & knowledgeable, respectful and patient as we considered our options. He called every few weeks to check in on how our search was going but we never felt under pressure. Once our daughter decided on the CX-30 there was a little bit of a wait time, but Dimi kept us informed at every step. We really appreciated the great customer service this dealership provided.
