Petbarn Chirnside Park

Super shop to visit. Petbarn Chirnside Park seem to have quite a large store, very clean and everything is fully stocked. I needed an inflatable dog collar and the Chirnside Park store had a lot more stock than other shops. Staff were also super helpful. I was served with a very friendly staff member who recommended another, softer product. Highly recommend popping in.

I have been going to Petbarn with my dog for several years now, and have been super impressed with the care and knowledge of the staff. They always take the time to show me things and explain products. I was very appreciative with the staff member (I'm sorry I never got his name) a lovely young man that carried my 15kg bag of puppy dry food to my car without hesitation and with a smile on his face. And a great conversation about the opening round of footy!

I attended puppy school at Chirnside park for my (then) 10 week old toy poodle. She (and I) had a fantastic time socialising and learning with our group and trainer Jack. Jack was an absolutely amazing trainer and could not recommend him more highly.

Prices promoted on website are clear & competitive. Have noticed much higher prices quoted for identical goods displayed at another local pet goods supplier - with willingness to "price match" if customer presents website evidence of lower prices elsewhere. I do not appreciate this modus operandum - could be compared with barter in a bazaar! If there is so much room to negotiate then one questions pricing practices. Even allowing for fact that some stores may not get equivalent quantity discounts when purchasing supplies - a $15 difference on a 2kg bag of a Hill's cat food product is cause for thought.

Rocked up to get some probiotic and prime 100 in salmon flavoured, I couldn't find the probiotic so headed to the front counter apologising profusely for bothering them, one of the lovely staff named Emily help me way beyond a normal customer service expected and it filled up my bucket of happiness to the very top and it was overflowing, it was wonderful to be cared for and that care came from such a lovely person, I highly recommend going there for all your animal needs.
