Popped in to enquire about a washing machine for our house move. After great support in store, we ended up getting a TV and fridge too. Peter was super throughout, offering us honest input, knowledge and support, both in store and over the phone. After setting us up three items on an invoice, we had to go back in store to pay due to a card issue at our end - received great help again from two other members of staff. Brilliant service, you have two new loyal customers.

A lovely man (Ray) asked if there was anything else. This made me think of something l thought about 3 years ago.
Ray explained the product to us and he was so kind and accommodating, we ended up purchasing.

Was with my spouse on Xmas eve and was wanting some advice on Tv's. The staff member Mitch was extremely jovial , patient and very articulate with his words and demeanour. He even greeted us and offered to help items to our car if we needed it. I really enjoyed my visit at the good guys and whilst I didn't buy anything , he gave me A + Grade advice and service. Thank you the good guys.

Last week , I had a "click & collect " order which was for myself and my partner (under her name). I was firstly Greeted professionally by the Sales person Mitch. Such a charismatic & nice individual. This prompted me to have a quick browse of the store , and my fiance & I asked Mitch for some TV & home theater advice. His knowledge of sound systems and Tv's is by far the best I've ever seen and witnessed. We were also assisted by Lucas , who gave us some great options for a TV & specs on a hicense TV. Both these young men are very very nice , knowledgeable and know everything there is to Tv's. The lady's at the front desk were also very friendly , but Mitch in particular really made my day! 10/10 service we will be back! Thanks Mitch & Lucas.

I had a lovely lady help me purchase a washing machine on Sunday (I can't remember her name unfortunately its not on thr invoice) she helped me assess our laundry needs and explained the new technology that has changed since we last bought a washing machine. Nothing was too much trouble and she arranged next day delivery. I was extremely happy with the customer service and her knowledge of all the brands. The task of replacing our old washing machine easy with the delivery and taking of our old machine too. I would highly recommend Good Guys Chirnside park and won't hesitate to shop there again when it comes to replacing future house hold appliances. The lady that helped me was a big asset to the business.

We went in to buy anew TV for my mum (94yo and lives on her own) and wanted something around 50" as that was all the space she had and also a fairly easy to use remote. We met a cusotmer service poerson Lucas in the TV area. After some chit chat we told him our requirements and he showed us a HISENSE 50" he left us to look at the TV and use the remote while he answered another customers technical question. After a short period he cam back and he answered afew of our questions and we decided to purchase the TV. We dicussed price and he looked up another companies advert and bettered their price. 5 Star knowledge, and a very personalbe young person. If you need help in TECH ask for Lucas. Mum was very happy with the TV and remote.

Had a great experience purchasing a tv from The Goodguys Chirnside park, they were able to do a reasonable price match. Unfortunately the tv had faulty screen, they were very good with return and replace without a fuss👍🏽 Anthony the person at the warehouse was very helpful to us. Definitely purchasing from there again!

My partner and I have bought all our appliances through Ray and he has been absolutely amazing, always given us great deals and customer service!

Helpful staff, explained the difference between the models of appliances, carried my items for me and honoured a price tag that was labelled incorrectly.

Couldn't find what l wanted. (Only a small item.) An attendant from another area helped me find it. Then l received a price match, (almost $100), and left as a very happy customer. Five stars for the good guys.

Had fantastic customer service from The Good Guys Chirnside Park. Needed to fix some issues with a purchase made at a different store and the three members of staff I dealt with on Saturday, including the manager on duty, were very pleasant and accomodating and went above and beyond to rectify the purchase problem. Would go back based solely on that experience.

I ordered a microwave from here during lockdown. Great price, it was on special. I ordered it at about 3pm, then by 5pm the same day I already had it at home. So quick with their click and collect. The guy working there put it in the car for me, because it was heavy. Very kind of him. Super happy with my microwave and the service!! Will order from here again.

Ordered a tv online pre Christmas and called them twice thereafter to amend the order and they were fantastic. Went back yesterday as finally got around to Install but was missing parts to be able to mount on a portable trolley. Ray was fantastic in assisting me. Nothing was too much trouble. I can't fat the service I've received from that store
