We had a 'silent' leaking main water feed into our property that suddenly burst when the mains pressure reducer failed. I urgently called a friend in the trade who put me onto Jesse at JDT plumbing. Even though Jesse had a busy schedule he was able to take the time to call me and tell me what to do prior to him getting onsite so that no further property damage could occur.

He arrived onsite later that day at the specified time and replaced the failed section of pipe, which despite being in a difficult to get to location he was able to sort out. After fixing the the pipes, he then replaced the faulty pressure reducer that triggered the actual pipe failure. Finally he finished and cleaned up the work area and left everything neat and tidy.

I was impressed with his work and attitude so I will definitely be using JDT plumbing again. Finding a good tradesman these days can be hard and when you find one that is also able to let you know what needs to be done and why without making you feel like a dill then that's very rare.
