My Little Kitchen Cafe & Bar

May look like a quaint little cafe but their food packs a punch. We had their toasties and avo on toast and they were amazing. The service was also warm and very friendly (especially since we had a little daughter with us). It was so good we came back the immediate next day. Coffee was great too!

Stopped in for brunch after a local hike and was very happy with our choice. We got a warm welcome as soon as we walked in, chose our seat and got attentive service throughout. Hubby and I both had the potato hash and were very pleased, it was well presented and very tasty.

Loved the food/service. Thoroughly the bruschetta together with the other vegetarian dishes. Thankfully, this little cafe has a big heart to cater to non meat eaters & they are simply amazing.

Really love to find this restaurant, it came with a great taste of food and a friendly staffs. The atmosphere was so cozy and warm, try to seat in outdoor chair for a breakfast, feels so perfect with a cup of coffee. Love the egg bennedict, it was served on a sourdough bread and top with avocado slice. Salmon smoked was also good with
Scrambled egg…love it

Pleasant cafe on main street with indoor and street seating. Sat out the back for lunch. Had the Zucchini, Mint and Dakkah Fritters (one serve with two poached eggs). Limited selection of sweets. Nice cappuccino. Quick service, tasty food and reasonable value.

Great cafe, banging coffee, with a super relaxed grungy vibe. Though to experience this place properly, do your self a favour and sit down for a meal. This is where this place truely shines.

Extremely friendly staff with beautiful food. Wish I could have ordered more but was so full after my Toby’s Estate coffee and Open Reuben Madame.
We wanted to try something different to the traditional poached eggs with avocado on sourdough, and these two dishes did not disappoint! With their amazing blend of flavors, each dish tasted so unique. I’m so glad we stumbled across this cafe on the high street.

An absolutely delightful cafe in a stunning location. Our only regret is that we needed food but weren't that hungry, so we only ordered one plate to share!

That plate was the loaded potato hash with pulled pork, eggs, chorizo, and some red sauce that was just amazing...the kombucha was great, although the coffee was just ok. Inside and out this cafe is beautiful, and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend if you're in the area or looking for a stop on the way to Healesville Sanctuary, which is just five minutes away.

Awesome cafe with plenty of seating options indoor and outback which is dog friendly.

We order the Eggs Benedict, Smashed avo, fritters and smoked salmon and it was all delicious! The coffees were really nice too.

Great option for brunch!

Called in for lunch knowing we had two vegans to please! Found a cosy comfortable and warm venue. Cheerful, efficient staff, and a very attractive lunch menu fairly priced. Will return next time we are in Healesville.

Wonderful brunch place. Staff are very friendly and helpful in a sincere and genuine way, and it's clear that they really care about making sure customers leave happy. Poached eggs are tricky to get right, but these ones were actually perfect, with soft-but-not-runny yolks and soft, fluffy whites. My wife's scrambled eggs were also excellent. Oh, and great brunch music on the PA! A lovely mix of oldies and newer music, all very chirpy and fun. Prices are a little on the steep side, but you get your money's worth. Highly recommended!

What a great place to get a really good breakfast. Stumbled across this place by accident, and I didn‘t regret it!

Staff is super friendly, coffee is strong and good and the breakfast even better! My recommendation, try „The Avo“ and add some bacon! Delicious!

Amazing spot. If you are in the area or passing through, this is a must try. We stopped in on our travels and the chef wasn’t in, meaning they were only serving toasties, if this is the case don’t be deterred the toasties are delicious and will fill you up.

Great atmosphere, delicious coffee, scrumptious toasties and food. The service is also a 10/10, so friendly and remembered us the next day too.

Best brunch I’ve had in Melbourne! The poached egg (which I don’t usually like, but loved here) was perfect. There was a little green pesto and corn that added so much to the flavour, it was amazing! The spinach was the tastiest I’ve ever eaten, and I want more! I thought the pulled pork was unnecessary to start with, but it was a fantastic finish to a great meal! Thank you so much for the amazing food! The flat white was also sublime!

Delicious food. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We had some food and smoothies, both was great. Didnt get a chance to try their coffees but a friend said it was good. Inside seatings could get a little crowded sometimes but overall it was lovely considering that its a small town cafe.

Just had the best coffee and breakfast I have ever had. The staff were amazing and very friendly and the food was top quality. My tastebuds were exploding from the flavour. I had the smoothie bowl for breakfast and highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could.

We enjoyed the potato hash with salmon, chorizo and eggs and open steak sandwich. The piece of steak was substantial (so much so that it was a bit tricky to eat with cutlery) and wasn't overcooked. The grilled chorizo was a bit charred - presumably on purpose - so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to bitter tastes.

Prices aren't unreasonable for a café in the area (about $25 for a main), and there's no Sunday surcharge (15% public holiday surcharge).

My Little Kitchen is a fantastic venue if you suffer from food allergies. Clearly marked menu, flexible options and happy to make changes to dishes. I always eat with confidence and it's delicious! Get the zucchini fritters. Seriously.

Awesome little classic brunch cafe doing brunch and coffee right! Perfect place to stop over and rest while driving around in the region!
