Nick did an amazing job! He was very helpful! When I got into the branch they didn’t have any appointments left for the day but I left with him all of my details and him and his colleague gave me an advise regarding my tax refund. Overall, great job and have definitely recommended them to my family!

Nick was great. Explained everything in detail and really took the time to get to know me and answer all the questions I had. I had mistakes from my last years accountant with a different company which he rectified.His customer service was exception and you can really tell he enjoys what he does. Definitely made an ongoing customer out of me.

Absolutely do not recommend h&r Melton. Have been chasing my tax refund for a month. Will not call you back. Can't get in contact with them. Far from professional.
