Excellent service provided by Erin. Erin took all the hard work out of finding a new oven and fridge/freezer. She came back to us super quick with a list of options for appliances that would fit our kitchen. Erin listened to our requests and gave us great advice. Highly recommend.

Very good choice of Elite (indeed) tapware for my project. Erin, the store manager, has helped me to find what I need within my budget (and offered some special pricing) and managed to get me my tap on the spot despite the warehouse 'rearrangement' day. Very friendly and welcome environment at the shop, people are happy to leave you alone for as long as you need, but are there to help at any point. Will be coming back when I'm filthy rich :)
