The Corinda Collection

Corinda is such a beautiful place. We stayed in the Basil Crisp room and it was gorgeous. Quirky and charming with the most comfortable bed you’ll find! We loved everything about our time at Corinda. The staff are great, the gardens are really lovely and the location is perfect. There are so many personal touches that make you feel special. I highly recommend The Corinda Collection.

We absolutely loved our recent stay in Pavilion A Corinda Contemporary. The cottage was extremely well set up and comfortable.
The gardens were gorgeous, and we loved having breakfast in the big house and having access to the beautiful drawing room to read and relax in.
The location was great, just a pleasant walk down to the centre of Hobart, made even better as one goes through the University Rose Gardens which are amazing.
All the staff were delightful, and the breakfasts delicious!
Can't wait to come back and stay again - we have our eye on the gardeners cottage next time.

Such a pleasure to stay at this charming boutique BnB. Located close to the botanical gardens, it has lovely views and free on street parking. Our room was beautiful and comfortable and the garden is an absolute delight, with topiary animals, flowers and hedging (a credit to the gardeners). We enjoyed sitting in the library and perusing the books and artwork. There is a quite extensive honesty bar if you fancy a tipple. Breakfast was delicious, with the best coffee we have had for an age. Friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend this gorgeous establishment.

Lovely house- real old English Manor House feel. Great atmosphere- lovely to sit in the lounge room or gardens with a cup of tea or drink from the honesty bar at the end of the day. Breakfast was a lovely part of the experience. Fairly easy walk down into town. We stayed in the Hettie Crisp room- compact, but lovely. Only downside was the shower was quite a tight squeeze to get into and the door jammed easily. Host was lovely and really added to our stay. Would come again!

Corinda Collection was such a surprise. It was full of old world charm, hidden toilet & bathroom in our room. Well thought out mini bar. Loved the honesty bar for a gin & tonic taken to upstairs verandah for sunset. The location feels out of the way from town Centre but is really a short walk. The owners & staff were super friendly & helpful. Will go back for sure.

We stayed a night in the Servants Quarters, which was a super lovely little ‘apartment’ with fully stocked kitchen. The bedroom and sitting room were nice and cosy, just be prepared for a steep staircase going between levels. The breakfast was delicious, wish we had more time to enjoy the immaculate gardens.

So happy we discovered this hidden gem in Hobart! Loved learning about the history of this property and exploring the award winning garden. Highly recommend the breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.

Had a fabulous stay here. The gardens are so gorgeous, and the rooms are so full of historical character. I changed rooms partway through (as had a friend along for half the trip and was solo the rest) and the hosts were super helpful and accommodating. Plus the bed were so comfortable - great to come back to after a long day of activities. And the honesty bar - what a lovely idea. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently had our wedding at Corinda Collection and our wedding party hired all the rooms in the house. Every single room was immaculately presented, the styling was beautiful and everyone raved about their experience.
The wedding was held in their stunning gardens. The attention to detail from their grounds staff is second to none.
We ate breakfast each morning as well as had evening catering. All the food was delicious and using the freshest and best ingredients.
Vivienne our host, and all the staff at Corinda Collection went above and beyond to make our wedding week as smooth as possible. They made us feel at home and we cannot thank them enough for making our wedding so special. Highly recommend Corinda Collection.

Corinda was the most magical,beautiful accomodation we stayed in Tasmania!
The attention to detail was better than any Five star hotel!
Our host Vivienne was absolutely amazing spending time with us and explaining in detail the history of Corinda her helpfulness and willingness to make us feel comfortable is unmatched to anywhere we have stayed,she made our stay the most memorable!

I received a very warm welcome in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are furnished in a good old English style and are very clean. The breakfast is plentiful and very good for me. The location of the hotel is excellent. 15 minutes walk to the center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in the Servant Quarters and it was simply perfect! I was amazed by the thoughts that have been put into the little details. Breakfast was very yummy & the gardens are just gorgeous. Vivienne, the Manager is lovely and helpful. I will definitely recommend and try to come back!

We had an amazing stay at The Corinda. It looks better than the pictures. The rich history, carefully curated antiques and paintings with the beautifully appointed rooms make this a very special place to stay. Vivienne and her team are extremely helpful and attentive and made our stay very memorable. Highly recommend- we will be back!

I booked Corinda for my 60th celebration weekend, there were 9 of us and it was the perfect place to stay. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and the attention from Vivian the manager was just incredible. I highly recommend Corinda and I will be back to stay again. Booked for my stay in Hobart, perfect location with parking, Uber works well so no issues getting around from the property. The hotel is full of character very clean and a memorable place to stay.

The grounds are beautiful and its such a charming place to stay. The staff are attentive and offer great service. Also the breakfast was SO delicious! Thank you for a memorable stay!

The freshly baked food was exceptional.

We stayed in the main House. wow, arriving late at night was no problem and the hallway full of antiques and beautiful lighting was very welcoming. I had ordered a platter for two. It was full of an exquisite international variety of protein and cheeses. we sat on verandah overlooking the city and enjoyed a great wine, platter and view surrounded by antique feel. It was the beginning of a great weekend.

Perfect place to stay in Hobart - comfort in wonderfully restored grand house. We stayed in the servants quarters, perfect for our family with three young kids (be mindful that there are stairs). They had provided a box of duplo which kept the kids entertained all evening. Wonderfully restored and super-comfy beds. Lovely bathroom with nice bathtub for an evening soak. There are modern appliances like washing machine, TV and fridge but they are hidden so they do not ruin the old style of the experience. Breakfast was quite pricey but so-so good and totally worth it. Lovely gardens, lovely old house. Would absolutely love to come back another time. Immaculate garden.
