Supercheap Auto Thomastown, great customer service, Hellal was the employee who gave attention to me and helped me by replacing my car battery because i was having problems with the battery i bought last year from another Supercheap Auto Store, luckily it was on warranty and i had no issues at the store replacing the old battery , very helpful, you got a client for life.

I purchased a jack online during a "sale".
It was not what I wanted when i opened the box as it was too small for my requirements.
I contacted Supercheap and stated my concern and the store agreed to a refund if the jack had not been used. The jack was never removed from the box after viewing it on the kitchen table and never saw concrete or the outside world. It is just another reason to shop at Supercheap--do the right thing and Supercheap Auto will look after you. Thanks again Supercheap Auto

I have been to supercheap Auto to changed my car battery today . Customer service was outstanding, vi was very helpful for checking the battery life instead of changing just for sale. He was very patient and polite.

I can't believe the how good the service was. It has been a long time since I have had such a good experience.

Came in with a broken tool. They were happy to swap it over for a new one even though I had lost the receipt. They even gave me the extra bits from the original as spares, as it was going in the bin, and I may as well have some spares.

This is why I have ditched repco from around the corner, as their customer service sucks.
