Absolute customer service.
All sales personnel very knowledgeable in their fields. Managers of the store, Chris (Friday evening) Zac, Saturday and Aaron (sales) were all very attentive. Serious problem with recently bought apple phone, sorted out without fuss. Great array of products including the recently added washing machines, fridges, freezers, dishwashers and dryers. Store always clean and tidy when we’ve gone in.

I am delighted to write a glowing 5-star review about my experience at JB Hifi. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They patiently answered all my questions and guided me through their extensive range of products. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the staff also went the extra mile to ensure I had a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend JB Hifi to anyone in need of excellent customer service and quality products.

I completed Christmas shopping online today. During the process, I had a price match enquiry and employee Blake D (unsure what store) was so helpful and had the best solution. I could definitely tell he puts his generous heart into his work and ensures customer satisfaction is well and truly at 100%. Thank you, Blake!

Store staff were extremely helpful. They went out of their way trying to locate the item I wanted. Far better service than a number of other JB Hi-Fi stores I have been to, they also seem to have a wider selection than other JB stores

The best JB I have been so far! Staff will approach me first and ask for help kindly. I always want to come here even though it’s not closest shop for me. It doesn’t take much time to decide item and purchase.

Front counter staff very tech savy intelligent & helpful when making decisions on purchases.

Went to buy an action camera with very little knowledge abt the product. They had a variety of products available. Eddy, the customer assistant was amazing, spend a lot of time explaining products specifications. He was so patient and friendly even though the store was busy and understaffed. Front door security was welcoming with a smile.

I went in to buy a vacuum cleaner. I had pretty severe decision paralysis, but a lovely human named Lily helped me for quite a long time. Talked me through the options, made me feel comfortable, and helped me make a decision without being biased or impatient. Lily is amazing. If I could give her more stars I would. Thanks Lily!

Eddy's customer service yesterday was outstanding and took his time explaining the details of the products. Despite deadlines and short staffing, he was incredibly kind and patient. My husband was bewildered and he helped us a lot with product details.

Also the security guards at the entrance were friendly and smiling.

Man where do I start the whole store is literally amazing, the nicest staff ever known to man. All of the staff are amazing but if you ever have the pleasure of coming across Dylan you will be left speechless, this guy truly went out his way to assist me in choosing a new laptop for uni, even when the store was busy he took the time to ensure I felt satisfied with my decision. Great spot, lots to offer, friendly staff. Didn't have what I was after personally, and waited for 10mins without staff approaching me. But I stand by my statement. 5stars
