I visited the Good Guys store last week and I was very impressed by their service and selection. They had all the products I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered me a great deal on a bundle. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices. I was particularly impressed by the level of customer service provided by Tony. He patiently answered all my questions. His dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction and happiness was evident at every step of the shopping process.

Had amazing assistance from Kenny. We were settled on a dishwasher, but with his knowledge on the variations of quality over quantity we felt confident in a switch in brand and look forward to a longer lifespan in our new purchase.

I went in to the store in order to buy the right laptop for university. A worker named Joey really helped me and was very informed on the prices and what is worth for the price. I am very happy with the product purchased.

Electronics warehouse, selling all kinds of home gadgets, from Air con to Air purifiers, Toasters to grills,TV'S to sound systems. Drones and refrigerators. You name it they have it. Excellent service, great prices and offers. Nice to shop there.

I needed to buy a range hood and had been to several electrical retailers, including other Good Guys stores, to look at what was available - on each occasion the customer 'service' I got was appalling.

At Good Guys at Thomastown, I met Zlate M whose customer service skills were excellent. He listened attentively to what I needed and due to his knowledge of his products, was able to recommend one. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

We bought a coffee machine from George V. He answered all our questions and was very helpful and friendly and insightful of the product. Will definitely buy our next appliance from him. :)

Zac at the Thomastown store is an amazing person. 110% of service and absolutely spot on with his products knowledge. He asked us if we needed to be looked after and that’s exactly what he did. Even my young children commented on his top service when we left the store. I’d highly recommend go see him if you’re keen for a great shopping experience.
