A wide range of products i had never heard of before.
It’s made me want to come back and explore more with our Son and partner.
To sum it all up I’m pretty happy my friend took us there ☺🙏🏽

I will only come to this baby bunting for new baby items. Always helpful and overall good experience when visiting this store

The staff are incredible. I had an issue with a previously purchased baby monitor. They were extremely helpful and were able to let me exchange for the same product.

Rosemary from Baby Bunting in Thomastown is the best! Very professional, approachable, friendly and knowledgable in all aspects of baby and kids car seats. We had the best experience today with Rosemary, she took time to explain everything thoroughly and with the information Rosemary provided us, we were able to make the best decision. I hope Baby Bunting management is aware how valuable Rosemary is to their business.

I visited Baby Bunting in Thomastown to see if I could purchase some gates for our fur babies. Isabella served me and she was brilliant! She was so helpful and put in a lot of effort and was absolutely lovely. It makes such a difference as a customer when you receive the type of service Isabella provided.

The lovely lady who helped us yesterday (Ebony I think her name is) was a superstar, she had heaps of knowledge and took her time with us explaining all things prams and car seats and it really helped us!
It’s all a bit overwhelming with so many products but she happily went through everything we wanted to know.
Just want to say a special thanks to her and I hope her manager knows that she goes above and beyond with awesome customer service and kindness 🤗

I'd read some bad reviews here and thought I might go to another branch. But as it was the closest to us, we ended up visiting the store:

Super helpful and friendly team members. Even though it was sale day and busy, they provided us with useful info about car seats, breastpumps, co-sleepers and prams. The guy at the back (click and collect) was also a nice guy.

Great customer service at Thomastown, a lady named Effy went out of her way along with her manger to help me find out what was going on with a baby monitor that I had been waiting to arrive for a very long time and was happy to help me even when I needed to cancel it only due to me finding it at another store.
I have found everyone at the store so helpful and assisting me with all my needs everytime I have come into the store these past few months.

My favourite baby store - the team members are fantastic and very helpful.

Angela is the most considerate retail person I have come across, she provides genuine feedback of the products and is never shy to spend that extra time to help you understand what’s best suited for your requirement. She’s a huge asset to the store and deserves much kudos - keep up the fantastic work!!

We purchased a baby car seat today and received terrific service from Effie. Not only was she very knowledgeable, she took the time to explain everything, and was super friendly as well. Very happy customer!

Brought a product that was faulty from this store but could not fault the customer service that I received to make up for it. It was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be happy to continue shopping here in the future as things happen but customer service is most important and they were awesome!

5 starts to customer service. Staff was friendly and very helpfull. INTIAZ ( apologies if spelt wrong) was amazing and helped us choose all the items from baby monitor to everything essential. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Also the lady I forgot the name was super nice and helped us. Overall amazing experience and will keep going back.

Staff were extremely helpful at showing us a range of items that would fit within our budget. They spent a great deal of time us how things worked and operated. Highly recommend and will be definitely going back to get other items that I will need in the future.

Assisted by Melissa and her trainee sidekick Emilia. Made buying a new pram and baby seat very easy. Melissa is just a walking talking baby bunting encyclopaedia of knowledge! It’s a shame Melissa doesn’t get a bonus or commission for her sales on the floor.

All the staff are wonderful. I was very lucky to have the outstanding service of Margarita and mick who helped me organise a present for my soon to be little neice. All without having to go into the shop. Will definitely be recommending thomastown to all my family and friends. You guys rock!

Was here for a couple of hours and had interactions with all staff and they really are genuine honest friendly and not pushy.
