Bunnings Thomastown

Great service in general. Staff are helpful and always provide great customer service.
A special shout out to Anna Maria who loves dogs and is so lovely and Sam who is such a sweet, family man. Chatting with them both when we see them reminds me there are still beautiful people in the world.

I needed some pet supplies for our new puppy addition. I had the best customer experience. I brought in my golden retreiver 9 week pup and sat her in the trolley when we were greeted by the ever so sweet Judy! she went above and beyond for her a true dog lover and made the experience easy and rememberable.

We were greeted and helped by the most friendly and helpful staff member ( Lambros ).

Easy to navigate, prices are great and generally always have stock (at least for the various items ive needed whilst doing a renovation). Parking is never an issue and staff are friendly. Never had any issues.

Daniel, you are a legend. Purchased a Ryobi drill in 2021 but lost the receipt. Moved to Macedon Ranges but called in the thomastown store. Daniel picked up, took my details, payment details from 2021 and not only did he fish out the receipt but he actually emailed that to me saving me a trip.

We all love Bunnings and every store anywhere is always time spent well, my local Bunnings has an amazing out door gardening section and I could just spend days here. Staff are really helpful. My partner and I are always here. He’s a tradie and he gets all his work stuff from here while I play gardens. Trying to grow a little veggie garden, and doing well can’t wait to come back.

This the greatest Island shop I believe in Melbourne.

Great customer service

An comprehensive store for everything you need for your house, garden, car, and maintenance. Heavy and light duty tools fit for different purpose. Cars' parking lot is very convenient and overall an excellent service. 👍🏼

I found it to be a good hardware supplier. I found everything I needed. One problem was finding things. The cashier had no idea.

I had to get paint to fix a door at home and Olivia was absolutely amazing! She was so lovely and professional, she also went above and beyond to match the colours that I needed, she was also so sweet to my baby who was a bit unwell! Thank you so much, Olivia! I will definitely be coming back! 10/10

Very helpful staff compared to some other closer Bunnings stores.

Great selection of plants in good condition, mature sizes, collectable varieties! Really nice!
I did find 2 which were damaged (probably by customers) and had snapped stems and subsequent dying off leaves, so I asked for a markdown and the 2 staff at the register were happy to oblige without any fuss :)

Very good, sometimes a little hard to get through the roundabout.

Good place for shopping

Excellent support from staff. Staff at the entrance are very helpful if you know exactly what you are looking for. It would be a much improved browsing experience if you could find staff throughout the rest of the store.

It's huge and got everything!
A very streamline experience we were in and out with what we needed except for the bit where we spent ages looking at all the things we didn't need ..
We nearly bought some of them but realized that the caravan only has limited space . Carpark was easy to navigate and the entry and exit was easy .

They better than Bunnings in Epping. Workers are nice, smiling faces and asking if we need assistant. Service at the cashier absolutely great. What a wonderful man, friendly and gentle with all the items we brought. Thank you.

Maria in gardening is the most helpful person I have encounted in any Bunnings store in a while; and was very accommodating.
She helped me find what I was looking for, and then had amazing suggestions. She was a true God Send.
