Harvey Norman Thomastown

Went to buy a coffee machine, small appliances sales girl Jaimee is great help, Jaimee explained everything about the machine so well that I had to spend minimum to no time reading product manual. Also there is something special about Harvey Norman Thomas Town staff whenever you go there they are great help.

Matthew Angel and is team in the Furniture Dept was amazing. They walked us through everything regard a set of couches we were looking at gave us a great deal and were on time to the day he said they would be delivered after being manufactured. The delivery team were amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend to shop here. I had a HORRIBLE experience with CATALANO in Essendon where I had to gain legal representation to get me money back as they sold me product that was useless in less that 3 weeks. They even forced me to take my review of them down because they dont want people to know how bad they are. I would shop here at Harvey Norman Thomastown again in fact I did I went back and bought a coffee machine and a Picture thats how good these guys are and would & will shop here again.

Needed a little benchtop toaster oven. Although they didn't have it in stock, it was due in in a few days. They took my details and sure enough, few days later got a phone call to pick it up. Great customer service.

Great experience at Harvey Norman Thomastown. The staff especially Deepak was a pleasure to deal with. He is one of the best person I have dealt with. From purchasing to delivery the whole experience was outstanding. Definitely recommend going to this Harvey Norman!

Choose to do click & collect with delivery to booth. Waited in the carpark for 20 minutes, that was after sending the "I'm on my way" & "I'm here now". Ended up going into store, it was a Tuesday at 4.20pm. Not a customer in sight, at least 15 sales people on the floor, 2 customer service people doing nothing. Completely useless!!!!!!!!!

Came here for a big shop. Was served by Yassin in the furniture section and by Baz and Jake in the appliances section. And honestly some amazing customer service.

Compared to other places where I had to beg for help from the customer service reps, I actually had 4 different workers in less than a 5 minute space ask if i needed help while i was in Harvey Norman.

10/10 will always come here for shopping. Knowledgeable and friendly

If i could rate the sales consultant Andre, a 6/5 I would! From the moment we walked in - shopping for a new split system unit - he went above & beyond to assist us and get all the product info we needed in order to decide on the best unit for us! We were hoping to get the newest model unit if we could as it had built in Wifi, (yet to be released at that point) & Andre followed up with the store manager, sales rep & even fijitsu directly to see if this was possible. I am unsure how, but Andre managed to secure us the newest unit before it was even released on the msrket/available for sale in store! He managed to secure us an amazing price, and arranged for speedy delivery for us so we could have it installed asap! We are not usually Harvey Norman customers as we have found they are not usually chrap/overly helpful -but after this experience we have since returned & purchased other things as we were so happy with our experience. Andre was exceptional, and I hope his managers are aware of what an asset they have representing the store at Thomastown! We will make a point of shopping at this store through Andre as often as we can in future! Thanks again Andre!!

As usual great experience at Harvey Norman Thomastown Easy parking Xmas eve, walked straight through to electronics and purchased marked down goods. No waiting 😀

Vic served me. I bought 2 bar stools and a bench. Picked the stools up the next day from their warehouse in Keon Pde. One of the stools had a faulty leg. Rang, spoke to Mathew who organised a replacement. Quick and easy. Very happy 😊 customer!

I bought my Acer gaming laptop here 2.5 years ago and the screen malfunctioned. It was 1.5 years out of warranty. So I took it to a local repair shop and was told (4 weeks and $200 later) it would cost too much to fix and advised me to buy a new one. I then spoke to HN in Thomastown (Twin from customer support) and they were very happy to look at it and fixed it for me with no charge within 1 week. I was amazed!! Excellent service despite being out of warranty!

Great variety of products to choose from had what I wanted at the lowest possible price out of the couple of electrical places I visited.

There are so many options to choose from. Welcoming and supportive staff. Deepak was very supportive and also passed me some professional advice, which was very helpful for me at the end.
