Little Shoes Espresso

Had a quick feed here. Found the service friendly and the coffee great. Croissant was delicious too. Nice peaceful atmosphere. I would recommend this cafe.

Awful tense atmosphere, it became very obvious early on that the manager or head chef there was a bully. The other two staff members were lovely but looked miserable and no wonder after seeing them be constantly hassled and treated rubbish by her.
I hope the owners see this and take swift action against such behaviour, or that the other staff are able to get a new healthy work place where they are treated with respect.

Cafe manager woman is just super racist. Coffee was burnt too. We pay you for a service so treat us with respect. We are tourists here. The lady definitely lived up to the racist reputation Tasmania has. I feel sorry for the cafe staff who have to work under this arrogant lady. Won't be visiting this Cafe ever again.
If there is a charge for something, tell the customer before giving it and put it on the notice board. Thanks for not charging but if we hadn't spoke up, we would've ended up paying.
