Staff very helpful as we moved table due to aircon above. Meals huge! Plenty of space. Children friendly!
Soup came cold but reheated ASAP.

A quite large group of family were with myself. A booking had been made as there were nearly 20 of us, including kids from toddler age to mid teens & several adults.
The dining room was full,we were all served promptly & the wait 4 meals was very efficient, considering the nature of the dining room being full. No complaints at all.

Spacious apartment with a little lovely courtyard. It was unmaned check in and check out with easy to follow instructions. The apartment was clean and well equiped also the car space has apartment number on the ground. 15-20 minutes drive to the city centre / Richmond / Airport. We enjoyed our stay.

Meals were great, we are here twice while we stayed in the area and all meals (adults and kids) were enjoyable and served very quickly. Our enjoyable meals were topped off by friendly staff who made you feel welcome from when you arrived to when you left. Will come back again if we are in the area.

Didn't use accommodation. Ate at the restaurant. Excellent staff, awesome food, great atmosphere. Need more variety of scotch at the bar. Kids had a play on the indoor playground.

Brilliant food. Had silverside & I have never cooked it so tender myself. Beautiful. Had a plate of onion rings for entree & I mean a PLATE. So many I couldn't fit in sweets

We had a 60th Birthday party in the beer gardens on a Sunday afternoon, on the 6th January. We highly recommend this venue. All our guests raved over the food & the wonderful staff & the beer garden were fantastic.They made us feel very special from start to finish & nothing was too much trouble. We have nothing but praise. Definitely be back to hold our next event there. Thank You!

Was in the beer garden for a birthday celebration. It was a perfect venue and a private place.
Later in the evening we moved inside and has a meal for dinner. The whole place was clean and modern. It looked to be recently renovated.

i have tried the Risdon Brook Hotel a few times and found the meals are good value for money.Great size meals there but mainly pub food good atmosphere and children friendly, only had a main but that was enough to fill me.My streak was cooked well and veg very tasty,more variety on the menu would be great or maybe change the menu from time to time to keep it interesting. good service and friendly staff overall a good experience there.

We had the pleasure of dining in the bistro this evening. We were served by Sue and we were blown away by her service and amazing people skills. It was refreshing to have a smile! Definitely a huge thumbs up!

Staff were really friendly. They even went to the effort to tell us about places to see in the area. All of our meals were delicious and were out to us super fast. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Great meals, could not fault them. Didn't have to wait long. T/bone & portahouse streaks cooked exactly how we wanted. Pink ling great. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating .

The accommodation looks brand new, they also have a bottle shop which makes it very convenient.
We collected the key from the letterbox and did a self check-in

Not the cheapest eat in town but reasonable prices and definitely value for money

Every time I've went to the Risdon Brook hotel it's been great. Schnitzel is good and Chips have a nice seasoning.
