Shopping online was exactly the same, excellent. I've been a little unwell, which is why I opted for online shopping. A very straightforward experience. The hand written note with my goods was lovely too, thank you!

Prior to buying my Dyson ebike. I got one from a so called professional cycle shop! I was heavily injured from a tune up from prior shop! I have done 500 KLM on my new bike, not one problem! I haven't put it in for it's first service as they get it right first time! Am going to bring it in when I'm healed and when it needs new breaks! Best service in Hobart, professional ebike guy, and staff that are very kind! Five stars, a few hundred KLM and at almost 800 it's time for first time up! Amazing, my last bike from a so called professional caused me injury that I'm still recovering from! I say the guy that put together your new bike is better than closest competitor by five! Thank you for giving me a safe and reliable bike! I will have to bring her in for breaks and maybe new tyres, first service! Amazing! These people are kind and also very skilled! Thanks for keeping me safe!

The Teros website was really clear to order from, the range of sustainable living items is great, the order arrived really quickly (from TAS to SA), in compostable packaging with a little thank you note. Will definitely buy from Teros again. :)

Excellent, friendly and responsive service. One of the items I'd ordered was displayed incorrectly on the Teros website. Alina contacted me very promptly to clarify if I wanted to switch to another similar product or obtain a refund. The matter was quickly resolved and I received the goods shortly thereafter (with a handwritten note on the order slip - what an unexpected delight in this digital age). I'll definitely be ordering from Teros again.

Very diverse collection of goods, many of which are displayed to compliment each other and showcase different eco friendly alternatives for stuff around your home. Helpful and friendly staff, one of the workers was kind enough to point me in the direction of a different store for a product they did not keep in stock. Really cool locally owned and operated shop, definitely worth a look!

I get everything here for the house from soap powder to a wooden toothbrush, plus the mechanic services my trusty e-bike which I bought here four years ago. Best shop in town in my opinion !
